I recently rented a unit at Moove In Storage and have been very pleased with my experience. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a reliable place to store my belongings. Talk about above and beyond customer service, this is the place. We mistakenly packed my son's diabetes medication into the locker. Didn't realize until after 10pm. From the call with Shawn in customer service to the manager coming out to help us and let us in after hours. From start to finish, this place shows a phenomenal human element to it with the way it cares for the people who rent the storage from it. Thank you so very much and you have earned my business in this location for anything and everything I need!

Make sure you have your code, otherwise it may be difficult to gain access. The storage unit, having been left alone for 2+ years, was in immaculate condition! The items stored showed absolutely NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE! It's definitely very well built, in my opinion. As stated above, make sure you have your gate access code. The attendant may not be there on-site due to her having to also manage four (4) other locations.

I've rented a parking space and 2 storage units for the past 3 years and I've been extremely impressed with the customer service by Terry. I'd recommend this storage facility due to the kindness and professionalism she has shown.

I had been searching far and wide for an outdoor parking space to store my travel trailer. I finally discovered one on-line at the Moove In Self Storage in Ledgewood, NJ. I went by to check out the available space and Theresa Dowling happened to be filling in for the day from another location. Theresa was great in every respect. She personally showed me the available space and assisted me with finalizing all the required paperwork. She was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

Terri is a pleasant manager and makes all the difference in this industry. She has been cooperative and honest which again is incredibly important when investing rental fees month after month. I would return should the need arise as long as the management is the same.

So. Moooooove In. Let me start by saying we have used Move-In on and off for about the last 8 years. Have had a great experience with them….up until 2 months ago during what seemed to be a change in management. There was some confusion, and undoubtedly, anxiety for us and our most precious belongings. Kurt, the new, owner, listened and worked with us when he took over….it was so reassuring. But then cut to 5 days ago: the first of this month. We were caught trying to move and dealing with the unexpected need to put our sweet 19 year old dog down, all on the 1st of December.TERRY.As much as Kurt, the owner, worked with us, TERRY, the office manager, LISTENED with each phone call or text and helped us to find a way to manage financial difficulties during the most financially difficult time of the year for anyone; the holidays…Guys: Mooove-on stayed true to their name and was dedicated to helping actually be able to Move into our new home when the time came.My wife and I can’t say enough about the service, grace, and understanding we received when we needed it the most. Terry, you’re a doll!! Merry Christmas!
