“I've had nothing but great experiences with this bank. I had my first savings account there when I was a kid and remember them being very family friendly. Although I've long moved out of the area, I recently had an experience that reminded me how customer friendly Sussex Bank can be. My parents (both elderly), recently experienced financial difficulties and required five years of back bank statements. The bank's policy is $5 per page- which seems kind of high, yet other larger banks in the area charge upwards of $7. I called the bank and explained the situation to the manager, Robyn. Within a week, she had all the statements my parents required and for a fee that is reasonable for an elderly couple on a fixed income. Throughout the process, the manager and employees at the bank were accessible, professional and understanding. I could not imagine getting this kind of service at some of the larger banks in the area, and I appreciate all they did!”

“We have banked with Lakeland bank for about 20 years. We have taken personal loans, opened up savings accounts for our children and we have always been happy customers. We recently found out we needed a new septic which is a big financial project. We were able to take an equity loan out and Mike Bostedo was wonderful to work with.
