“I cannot rave enough about VHD’s newest service. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in just a few weeks and we had no idea where to start with the nursery. I just knew I didn’t want the stereotypical pink lacy things in our daughters room. I received a Full Design Consultation and spent a lot of time working with Karla on making this vague direction take shape into a cohesive theme. The whole process, from start to finish, was intentional, done with care, and attention to detail, and tailored toward our style. Karla took time ask me questions about what I liked and what I envisioned, she did a lot of research, and was able to offer me a ton of options in the form of Amazon listings and more. Together we went through the things I liked and the things I didn’t love so much and refined the theme from there.Then, my favorite part of all of it, was the MOOD BOARD! This allowed me to see how it would all look together and took away all of the guess work. I’m so excited to put our baby’s room together, we just painted the walls, the crib has arrived, as well as some of the decor items we picked out using the VHD mood board as our North Star, and we just need to put it all together!Overall the experience was extremely positive. Karla and Amanda were able to take someone who has very little design aptitude, and make her confident in decorating her daughter’s room. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future! “The best place to visit if you are looking for unique pieces. The place has many different shops and each has their own entrance. The first place I visited was "Cottontail Pickers". Joni - the owner - greeted us with the Halloween presents and her warm smile. Her booth is filled with nice findings. Will visit her again before Christmas.”
