What a terrible pharmacy!!!! You wait at a minimum of 45 minutes on line at the drive thru. Inside isn’t any better. Complaining won’t help! They clearly don’t care! If they cared they would hire more staff!Get your prescriptions filled at a pharmacy who takes their patrons care seriously. People are sick or need refills! Walgreens in Haledon make you wait so long without considering the customer! Several times they don’t even have the medication you need and ask you to come back another day. Please find another pharmacy. Many pharmacies deliver as well.

Good times stopping in here, good prices on everything and lucky enough there's most likely a store nearby you! Can't go wrong going here as opposed to a 7/11 or something! Much better selection and prices...you can't go wrong!

I'm a regular shopper at this Walgreens but lately their customer service and employees are the worst (not all of them) of course. They get annoyed to help customers around, if you ask questions about rewards or when you are paying they give you a look like they are telling you are dumb and cheap and don't want to pay full price or I don't know but it's very dissatisfied from when they started to now. I went tonight and the cashier didn't even let me put my phone number so I don't have a receipt on my email. I asked questions about the prices I was getting charged but she was more interested on chewing ICE than helping me. If you guys are going to hire new employees please give them the right training but I think you should train all your stuff AGAIN!

Pharmacy Walgreens on Belmont Ave is terrible. The lady pharmacist is very unprofessional and hung up on me, stating she didnt have time to figure out my medication doses that I was using. She was asking for my Diagnosis for medication. You are a pharmacist not my DR. My Dr. prescribed my medication, your job is to fill it. She lacks understanding and is judgmental, very unprofessional. Maybe take some courses to understand medication and why people take it without being a judgmental, attitude person. Really really really wrong to be rude to a customer and act the way you did. I had spoken to a male pharmacist who said my script wil be ok for pick up on 11/27/2020, that why I called to make sure it was ready. Than I meant the lady pharmacist who said no , not until 11/30/2020. Get some education, try being nice and helpful.

The pharmacy has not been able to do their job. They have repeatedly filled prescriptions for me that could affect my health and result in death. I have spoken to them numerous times about this and again last night the same thing happened even though I called five days before to hand hold them to make sure they did it correctly. I will be switching as this is the seventh occasion. The worst part was there has NEVER been an apology. I've been working in pharmaceuticals for over twenty years, so I know the system well. Unfortunately most patients don't, and they take advantage of that. Just beware and go elsewhere. I want to support local businesses but I just can't anymore. It's been such a headache.

It was my first time using a Walgreens but never again. The technician zoe has a bad way of treating customers. I will not be coming back to this pharmacy.

You always get a great smile and welcome as soon as you enter the store. Should you have questions it will be answered immediately because there is always plenty of staff manning the store. Wish I could remember his name because the one gentleman that works the registers obviously loves life in general and all the customers as well!

Walgreens in Haledon has very poor service in the pharmacy dept. You wait so long to fill a prescription and it is worse at the drive thru. I waited for 10 minutes before someone came to the drive thru. Then I was told they don't have the medication. I should come back the following day! This happened to others I spoke to as well. They need more employees and someone should look into the shortages on prescription medication. I would never go there but I visit my grandfather who lives close by and I pick up medicine for him. Its terrible! Even when I went inside same situation. You wait for a long time before receiving or giving your prescription.
