When I went here on Tuesday, I was surprised to see the workers very friendly, nice and helpful. After reading the low reviews I was a bit afraid, however, the 2 women working there were amazing and very helpful!!! They make it so easy for everyone!!!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! I received another package today that was clearly opened. They have taken my return packages and never actually delivered them to point of return. Don't trust any of them.

I Paid for expedite 2 day shipping for an important package. The tracking shows the item was not delivered until a month later. I went to inquire and was told to get my money back I would have to go to another facility because the main supervisor is on vacation. And the supervisor that is there is not authorize to give back refunds. So know I have to wait 1 week for my money and I still don't know why the item was delivered 1 month later.Update: I received my refund. Thankyou.

I visited this place Tuesday the 11th of April 2023This place has loads of good customer service representative. The Rep that served me was a tall gentleman of bright complexion with a name id that begins with the letter (Eu.) he was on point with his service, I only wish a lot of bad Reps could see this man in action and copy how he serve his customers.Also another personal came out to assist customers who were in line just to do simple drop off and such.Nice place I have been there on more than one occasion and the atmosphere is the same.Keep it up good job

Like many other reviewers, I would give this Haledon USPS postal office ZERO star if possible. This is absolutely the worst USPS I've been to across the country. People, please avoid this USPS, please go to another branch to avoid the frustration, the unprofessionalism, and the unfair treatment brought by the staff at this Haledon USPS.On March 29 2022 at about 12:20pm, I am returning a Lululemon hoodie with prepaid Lululemon return label. The staff on duty rejected the return saying the prepaid label is only good for less than 1 lbs and asked me to call Lululemon for a new label. I called Lululemon and the customer service agent said the prepaid label is a contract between Lululemon and USPS and the label was automatically generated by a system linked to USPS and I am the very FIRST customer (to her knowledge) ever called saying USPS rejected it. She added that even if she sends me a new label, it will literally be the exact same label.I then drove to USPS in Wayne and the staff there scanned the return within a second and politely asked me if I need a receipt or not.I've returned many many online purchases throughout the years in different states and this is the VERY FIRST time ever get rejected by a carrier for a merchandise prepaid label. Please don't go to this USPS just to get yourself frustrated and unfairly treated.

Tried to get me to wear a mask for service, took some arguing with them but they ended up giving me service, should not have to deal with that no mask mandate and it’s a public building with public servants I don’t have to wear a mask in a public building im free and have rights and so do you use your rights or loose them

If I could give this particular branch 0 stars I seriously would. The mail delivery workers are the absolute worst. Damaged mail, opened mail, hell they can't even close a mailbox on a rainy day to protect people's mail. Countless times my mail has been ruined because of inconsiderate ignorant workers. The only respectable worker at that particular branch is Denise. She transfered from Hawthorne and knows her stuff well, and can take care of customers with a flow like a river. Otherwise I couldn't be more unhappy with the way the branch performs.

I had an easygoing conversation with the employees at this location. Everyone was surprisingly pleasant and helpful. Will be definitely coming back at this Post Office!

Careful with mail holds. They'll still deliver your mail despite it being setup online. Then they will hold it after the end date. Hopefully I get my package
