“This office is the best Labcorp I've ever been to....really, the best lab. The office is clean, I never have to wait much at all, even as a walk-in, and the people are really wonderful. It is very difficult to find my vein but the staff is wonderful and rarely have a problem - Sanjiv gets it every time first time! I highly recommend this office for any of your lab needs!”

“The whole process seem to be good. Created MyQuest account and made an appt online. Got a text to check-in 10 min before the actual appt time, and got called in at the time of appt. I made sure to have printed copies of all the needed tests on hand. Place looks clean and my tech Maria was wonderful! In and out in 15-20 min.”

I have a huge fear of blood tests and needles, however Ricely was so sweet and patient with me. She was great and I made sure to tell me what she was doing at all times. She quickly diagnosed and treated my presenting problem (I had an animal bite that got infected) and prescribed appropriate antibiotics that cleared up my infected area within a few days. “Today I was at the Paterson location, it was not my first time, but today I dare to say that the young woman who assisted my 9-year-old son with autism was super professional, patient, empathetic, considerate and kind. I appreciate how we were treated.”
“I saw the reviews for this labcorp but I found something different last week when I went to this branch Hackensack location, was Saturday and was almost 3 employees checking in patients and about 3 or 4 employees inside the rooms draw the blood from the patients. was almost 15 or more patients waiting before me and all went inside including me in the matter of 15 or 20 min max which is good for busy Saturday.
Before I check in I ask Sanjiv Kumar at the front window that I need butterfly needle because I have a issue before at Labcorp Bayonne location which they very rude there and Sanjiv answer me recpectfuuly with smile (Sure no prolem Sir), I went inside the room and I met with Nurse Sara Alfunso (Sara Alfonso) and I asked again please I want butterfly needle, She answered me with a smile and respect, Yes sir I knew and have it in my pocket because the front desk inform me. She nicely draw the blood and She said Have a good day.
Really was a nice experience with this location and much better from Bayonne which is a lot closer to my residence but I prefer to drive to get good and respectful service.
