Those customers probably don’t understand what certain repairs require, IMHO. The staff & Jose who is the manager is very knowledgeable,
polite and accommodating. My family has been using them for the last few years and are very happy with the service. They certainly know how to keep you posted and aware of costs and time frames. They have been excellent in accommodating customers when you have an emergency and have go an extra mile.
My wife had a new Kia and the price of having her brakes repaired with the shop was significantly less than an overpriced dealership(s) in the area.
