I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his business. I was toward the end of a very long road trip and having some serious issues with my car. On a Saturday morning when he was already slammed, and on his anniversary no less, Chris took the time to look at and drive my car with me, give me his diagnosis, and advise me on next steps. When I got to my destination and took the car into a local specialist, they confirmed everything Chris had said. His judgment was spot-on and he really went out of his way to help me and get me safely to where I was going. And his office manager/receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful to me as well. I will never forget their generosity, compassion, and how they helped me when I really needed it. Thank you!

This is literally the best car shop I’ve ever been, transmission shop to be more specific. Mr. Chris is one gentleman who’s been in business for over 40 years, kind and willing to help. On top of his extremely busy schedule, he took his time explaining in great details on my car situation, showing me all evidence, did a test drive with me, and wrote me a detailed quote recording the process. Maria at front desk was amazing too. I highly recommend this transmission shop.

True professionals.
Honest and will tell you what you need and not just trying to make a large sale.
Had 2013 Acura RDX and had transmission switch fixed.
Had 2017 Ram 1500 and noticed transmission jump. Took it in and they reprogrammed it free or charge.
Highly recommend and avoid costly trips to a dealer.

Chris deserves 5 stars,but his front end woman Maria is arguably the worst front end person ever. Should have expected it with my first phone call when she chastised me for wanting to ask a question before scheduling. Anyway, Chris is extremely knowledgeable and fair. As for Maria, I walked in, saw my car outside, asked if it was finished? Barked about my name as if she never saw me before. Then went on about not knowing if it was, tried to speak, and she told me to have a seat, have a seat, have a seat literally lol. Said she has to ask Chris. Sat for 15 minutes, asked her again, all I want to know is if it's done. Says again she has to ask Chris, I said he's walking around in the shop, to which she says, why didn't you tell me lolol, because ummm, I don't work here. She goes into a rant about, she's in the middle, she doesn't know blah blah. Bear in mind, this is the woman that took all my info,went out to my car to get vehicle info off the door jam, and told me she'd make room the night before to drop it off. At one point, here it comes lol, she says you're not the only customer, Bingo, YAHTZEE, the #1 thing you should never say to a customer. I advised I sat here quietly for 15 minutes without an answer. She storms into the shop to grab Chris and tells me he'll have to drop everything to talk to you lolol. Finally spoke to Chris, he explained what was going on, went the extra mile to check programming and I was on my way. Excellent work, highly knowledgeable with the worst front end imaginable. People don't realize, this is your first contact and what people judge you by. Chris has enough a good rep to maintain, but I can only imagine the business he's lost because of her. I was a manger for 30 years, I would have fired her on day one, rehired her so I could fire her again. Bear in mind when you walk in here.
