The absolute worst bank branch,they remodeled and made it more horrible, they never have enough staff,I have a car loan and a mortgage through them and and I pay both accounts there,they dont have Saturday hours like my bank,any time I go into my bank there are multiple tellers to help,get it together wellsfargo or I'm taking my business elsewhere

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever dealt with. Whether it’s a lack of staffing or a sluggish computer system, they are in need of improvement!

ATM is either broken or unable to give out cash. This is the only Wells Fargo in the area without having to drive 15 minutes away. I've never been unable to use the ATM at any other Wells Fargo but this one just can't seem to keep theirs functioning.

I came in and explained to Stacy, the Customer Service Associate, that my dad had just passed away, and as Power of Attorney for my mom, I needed to remove him from their joint account. Much to my surprise, Stacy whipped out a calendar and in a very short and rude tone said, "I don't have time for you, I will have to make you an appointment to come back". She didn't even offer condolences on the loss of my father!! Then she rushed off to answer a phone call and yelled to the person on the phone "I AM TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING HERE!!". When she came back, she asked if I had a Surrogate's letter. When I attempted to explain that in our situation, it was not necessary - she cut me off and said, "I don't care about any of that - I will consult our legal team." Then why did you even ask me, Stacy??? She quickly jotted down my appointment and rushed off. After I left in total disbelief, I decided it was best if I made an appointment with a much friendlier Wells Fargo Branch - and when I attempted to courteously cancel my appointment with Stacy, the phone was answered...no hello...nothing...just placed me on hold. There I sat for over 10 minutes when I finally just hung up. I figured that if I was going to be treated so rudely, then I guess Stacy and the Hainesport, NJ branch did not deserve the courtesy. And if it were my account and not my mother's - I would be taking my business elsewhere.

On Mon Aug 8th, I had an appointment for 11 to open an account at the Hainsport branch. I arrived on time & was told my appointment was actually for 10am. The account was a trust for my child so I brought her, I’m also 38 weeks pregnant. When I informed the agent that I wrote it down as she told me & my husband heard the appointment time as well she proceeded to argue with me. I told her I would wait for her to finish with a client since a drove along way to make the appointment. She said she had another client opening a bigger account that would take along time! I opened an account at a different branch later that day. I was shocked at her lack of professionalism that she would try to blame me for her incompetence and argue with a 9 months pregnant customer!

Stopped by to convert Dollar coins to actual dollars and I overheard the bank teller questioning whether or not the coins were real. If you are going to insult someone at least make sure I'm not within hearing distance. Please train your employees better.

The only bank I will go 2! I go to other branches. This 1 in particular is the best. I have the same women every time so she’s very familiar with me. I’m always in and out. 5 stars to the counter ladies. Thanks appreciate it so much.

My husband tried to make a deposit. The account was just in my name, they wouldn't allow him to deposit it, even with my signature on the back.

Terrible customer serviceWho keeps a customer 10mins straight on the phone without reaching out?. The lady picks up says no name and places me on hold. am here waiting.i think they are all working together to frustrate me more. Hard earned $10,100. You all have transfer my money or return my money with my fees. I have transferred more with other branches without any issues. The past 7days waiting for my transfer to complete have been most frustrating. i have been cursed, my business is gone wrong yet the bank who initiated transfer is giving me attitudeI was a customer service agent for 10yrs at a telecom company and i never treated anybody this rude
