Great people there. I couldn't find a value stem for my shower on my 1998 boat. The manufacturer was out of business and no inventory exited. They rebuilt the old stem I had . The parts cost was 37 cents and they refused to charge the time they spent doing it. Will always use them 1st.

Don't even waste your time. They will not deal with anyone that is not a licensed contractor. It is their "Company Policy".Go to Amazon, buy whatever you need from there and give them your money instead. It is going to be cheaper, and the entire process will be faster than listening to their phone recording.

US Supply has always been very helpful when it comes to finding the 'hard to find' items. They go out of their way to make sure our deliveries arrive daily for our techs to go out and do their job. We are spoiled by their hard work and the lengths they go to get orders to us. When they make a mistake, they go out of their way to make it right. When we make mistakes, they work their hardest to get us what we need on time. Thank you to Scott at the Hainesport Branch for really knowing the meaning of Customer Service, and the importance of getting things done.

First time there and they were great. Had what I needed at a reasonable price, actually, better price than Lowes and Home Depot! Friendly interaction and willing to help our a "retail" customer. Now my AC is back in service!
