I found my home gym at Tenacity. This place is a gem for someone who is brandy-new to fitness or a veteran competitor. Seriously all ages and skills that emphasis being the best version of you you can be.I’ve been working with AJ as my trainer and have such awesome personalized program that cha fed every month. These are not cookie cutter workouts. Challenging and fun focused on what the customers want.Can’t recommend this place enoughBTW the playlist is sick!

This gym truly has a one of a kind atmosphere. The owner and staff will know your name within a week and be happy to see you. They seem to be constantly improving and upgrading their equipment. They have simple monthly contracts with no surprises. My wife and I travel for work and have spent a few months at nearly a dozen different gyms in the last few years. This place, and the people in it, will be one we miss for sure.

I've worked with Coach Carol at Tenacity Fitness for the past three years, building my strength and flexibility. Carol also helped resolve a lingering ankle injury I sustained after I was hit by a car while walking outside.In February, I found out I was pregnant, and Carol adapted my fitness plan to focus on prenatal workouts. I've read multiple books and consulted with mom friends, but I can easily say that my workouts with Carol have made me feel the most prepared for the labor and delivery process. Carol incorporated breathing exercises into my workouts - exercises I will be employing during labor - and focused on strengthening my core, upper back, and leg muscles. Even as the baby grew, I continued to feel strong, stable, and flexible in my body, thanks to Carol's expertise and tailored workouts. I highly recommend Carol as a coach.

I’ve been a member of Tenacity for nearly 5 years. The community that has been created within is a task many gyms fail to achieve. The staff is beyond helpful, the members are beyond helpful, a total family community that seeks out others and brings them in to achieve the best versions of themselves.A+ Facility, A+ Staff, A+ Equipment!

Been working out at Tenacity with a trainer for a bit now, and love it. Great experience, and I feel like I’m improving everyday I walk in the gym. Great environment as well, and I definitely recommend going here!

Amazing environment! Staff/Trainers are nice and helpful. Plenty of equipment including various barbels and bands. Recovery equipment like bands and foam rollers are great for athletes and you can even buy supplements.

Tenacity Fitness is a special place for me. I was always very shy about going to the gym. Then my girlfriend recommended I try out tenacity. After meeting with one of their personal trainers, Donna, I knew this was my place. The environment is electric! Everyone is so motivating and if you need help or have any questions, there is always a trainer, or even a member, happy to assist. I’ve trained with Donna and AJ and they are incredible people to work with. I love it here and I’m so excited for my fitness journey because of Tenacity Fitness.

Tenacity is the best as an athlete myself it has came in so key for my development, plus the fact that my squat bench dead numbers have skyrocketed. I recommend tenacity to anyone and everyone in south jersey who is looking to start working out or just need a gym to workout at.

This is a great gym if you're looking to stay in shape or get back into shape in a relaxed environment. I've never seen it overcrowded, they have a good selection of free weights/machines, and the staff is very friendly.

What an amazing gym and more. I started 3 years ago outside with MIT and never stopped. What makes Tenacity a step above other gyms it’s people. Amazing. Plenty of state of the art equipment and space also makes Tenacity a premium gym. Try it!

Perfect scores across the board. First off, Steve (the owner) is super nice and extremely responsive. Once he passed me off to my personal trainer Coach Dean, I immediately knew I was in good hands. Dean is super knowledgeable, and met me where I was in terms of level of preparedness, strength as well as ultimate goals. From there, Dean built a strength foundation for me, and then carefully constructed a plan moving forward that I could take and do on my own (which is exactly what I wanted). I've also noticed noticeable results in a short span of time as well. All of this happened in what is known at Tenacity as an extremely judgement-free zone. Again, perfect scores across the board.

Huge fan of Tenacity ! The classes are excellent for all levels. They are never the same, always fun and the coaches and trainers are very knowledgeable (and friendly!). Since starting 9 months ago I’ve experienced major progress in healing tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis while taking classes and working with Carol . The focus coaches place on mobility and proper form during class is outstanding. I’m Back to running and enjoying the gym. Met some great folks too ! Check it out… you will not be disappointed !

Honest review, Tenacity Fitness is one big family. Have been going to Tenacity for two years, I have gotten to know every coach and trainer. I feel safe when I’m in this gym. Whenever you need help on your form or simply need to ask how to use a machine, anyone in Tenacity is willing to help you. It really is the most inclusive and supportive group. From personal experience, training with Shannan Hayes for two years, I have made incredible progress in my body that I never thought I would accomplish. Shannan has taught me the correct forms for workouts such as barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press, and so much more. Not only has my form gotten better, but in the process, Shannan has taught me the importance of these motions. Instead of just telling me what to do, she explains why I should correct my form or why I shouldn’t move up in weight too quickly. It’s all about consistency.I am so pleased I picked Tenacity over any other gym. It’s a fun environment, and I truly feel motivated to workout when I’m around these people.
