I had some expensive work done here at Mt. Holly Nissan. Although we hit some snags along the way, it took a few visits but we were able to resolve the issues. I appreciate Joe reaching out once he was made aware of the situation and doing his best to help us reach a conclusion.

Recently purchased a used Volvo from Mount Holly Nissan. The experience was exceptional! From Mike the sales manager received an informative introduction over the phone and a warm reception in person to Steven the salesperson who greeted me at the door, took me for a test drive and thoroughly explained all the car details. They walked me through the pricing and dealt with me very fairly . Think Steven went above and beyond in getting me familiar with all aspects of the car purchase. Am very happy with my recent purchase from Mount Holly Nissan.

On June 6, 2024, I took my 2023 Pathfinder in for an oil change. Two days later, I noticed fresh oil on my garage floor. Upon looking under my car I could clearly see that the oil drain plug was not tightened. I could see approximately 1/4 inch of the drain plug's threads. On June 13, 2024, I used Mt. Holly Nissan's website and notified them of my issue. I was surprised that nobody contacted me to discuss the unsatisfactory experience I had.
