I am always so blown away by the Service center at Nissan Mt Holly. I scheduled to have an oil change and I had a filter change notification come up. They could have easily done both and charged me. Instead, they said my air filter was still fine and I could easily get another 5k miles out of it. This is not the first time I have had such excellent customer service. They are trustworthy, kind, and respectful of your time. Just a GREAT service center, unlike other dealerships I've been to over the last 20+ yrs.

So I decided to wait to write this thinking I would just let it go. But after taking my car back to have the tire stems checked out since they were not registering when the tires pressure was low. They screwed up again. So now I will do a review. I wish I could give no stars. The day I took my car in to be checked out. The car was taken in by a service guy. Someone came out to talk to me to tell me that they just hit my car as they brought it in the bay to be looked at. So they said they would fix it the next day and get me in a rental tomorrow. I said absolutely not you damaged it it will be fix immediately and I will leave in a rental. Which should have never been even a question on their part.I was already so aggravated with this dealership from when I originally purchased my car. First they gave me the wrong price and had me signed the paperwork to agree on the price. Then came back 10mins later to say it was the wrong. They messed up what vehicle I was getting. I never bought a new car before and was alone so I think they took advantage of me. They should have honored that price. It was their mistake not mine. The salesman I had was not knowledgeable of the car and I specifically told him I wanted car play.because I drive a lot for work. He said yes it had it but when they detail it I will have them check the system it's not working properly. I said ok. I believe him. Bad on my part. The car had a few marks and scraps on it I asked for those to be buffed out. So no problem. The car came out it look good but it still wasn't cleaned in the trunk. They took it back in to clean it more. I had a family member passed away so I had to get to family that night for services the next day. I realize there was no CarPlay or navigation in the car. I called and texted the salesman who gave me the run around and then blocked my number. I called and emailed the manager. But they refused to contact me back. Until after my 3 days were up and I couldn't do anything about the car. The car was never bugged out they just filled it so it looked like it. It was never detailed as it should have been for me buying the car as a new purchase. It was dirty with food under the seats and dirt in the driving shaft and doors. I had to get it done professionally. Something that I should have not have to do. I tried contacting them multiple times to fix these issues but was never contacted via phone. They just hide behind emails. I will never use or tell anyone to go to this dealership. They are lairs and scammers along with being dishonest. They had a chance to fix this and make it right for the customer but they didn't care. They took advantage of a single woman. I hope this helps someone else not get shafted by this dealership. But they also own Woodbury so be careful.

I recently moved to the area and it was very convenient having this location so close. As far as service, I would not recommend. I have been back and forth, the initial issue that I brought my car in for (abs & anti-lock brake lights on my dash) were never fixed, but they "found other issues" that they "fixed" and charged me for. My car has now failed inspection TWICE and I find it ridiculous since I keep bringing my car here to fix the problem. Never again. Don't waste your time and money!

I purchased my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder from this location. Ishon was incredible. The finance manager was great, straight to the point, honest, and not pushy. The GM and GSM I spoke with, were very attentive and got me a vehicle, during the pandemic, at the best price they could when all dealerships were $7K-$10K over sticker. I would give them a 5-star review until I called today for service and was greeted by a rude ass older woman who hung up on me in the middle of talking, after I called her out on giving me wrong info. Respectfully.

I wanted to trade my car in and after searching all over Philly and not finding many options, I starting looking in Jersey. This location had way more options then any close Nissan dealership. I reached out to the dealership and set up an appointment with Clint. Upon my arrival I was able to test drive several cars alone. I finally settled on the Silver Nissan Rogue Sport 2017, black interior ,fully loaded. Prior to my arrival I financed with my own bank, so I had a check in hand. While going over my paperwork I needed to contact the loan department whom I was unable to connect with as it was Saturday and they were closed. The dealership was able to find me a better financing rate then my credit union so I went with the bank they found. Clint was very patient and easy to work with. He also gave me a gift as his token of appreciation. I really enjoy my SUV and I continue to have it serviced at this location.

This is the second car that I have purchased at this location (the first being when they were formerly known as Classic Nissan). Just like the first time, they were fantastic. I was given a great deal on my car, without games or BS. My salesman, Ishon Jester, was an absolute gem. No pressure. Very humble. Found me the exact car that I wanted. These are the reasons why I will continue to be a loyal customer of this dealership.

All I know is every time I come here, I'm greeted with such friendliness. They also don't take forever to repair your car and try to get the job done the same day. There's often very helpful and nice staff at the desk.

Had a great experience with Mount Holly Nissan. Started with the internet team. Got a clear and concise written offer. Walked right in, had a great interaction with my sales rep and then signed all the paperwork. The finance process was great as well. When can you say that. From start to finish, I had a great experience and would highly recommend them. I will be back for service and for a future vehicle.Highly recommend you ask for Frankie Narducci. Honest and a really nice guy.
