I honestly don’t know how they have such good reviews. I did a tour. The women was nice but there where so many thing that left me uneasy. I thought about those toddlers I saw just standing in their cribs staring at me & not sleeping. No one attended to them. The director kept mentioning the paint and flooring, idc about that. I care about my kids care. The assistant director wasn’t friendly. Toddlers and infants shouldn’t be together. There is no separating the 1.5 yr olds from the 4 yr olds .. it’s a big open room with 2 different things going on and it’s very overwhelming. The things my son was touching where dirty with dust on them. There is stuff hung all over the walls.. overwhelming and not kid friendly since they can’t touch it (my son did and was told no) for the older kids I saw a teacher force the child to FACE HER for story time, yikes and another yell at them. No one will touch my child that way or yell at them.I didnt like what I saw, the owner is pushy to get you started with them too. Texted me on the weekend about it. Kept telling me there is “limited spots”. I wouldn’t leave my kids here.

I wanted to say thank you to Little Steps Staff for teaching and taking such good care of my 2 daughters who are 3 and 1. Mrs. Kim and Ms. Michelle have cared for my children since each of them were 3mths old. As a single father you have to have trust in your caregivers. They have gone above and beyond for my children.

My son has been going to Little Steps for about 6 months now. He is in the toddler class and absolutely loves his teachers and friends. I had him enrolled at a different daycare and he would give me a hard time every day at drop off and would always cry. At Little Steps he has never cried and is extremely excited to get ready in the morning and go to school. He’s 2 1/2 and has been potty trained for a little over two months now with the help of the staff at Little Steps. He’s learnt shapes, colors, many songs, the alphabet, and even counts to 20. The teachers there are friendly and truly care about the children and parents. I must add my son comes home clean and happy everyday!

My Son has been going here for awhile now and it has been alright. They recently had a change of ownerships and honestly i couldn't feel any more comfortable leaving my son there for the day. The new owner definitely makes sure everything is up to standard and cares for all the children. It is a smaller daycare but my child absolutely loves it there.

Excellent environment for the babies!!! It’s one thing for it to be a daycare, but for it to be a warm welcoming space that shows they care for not only their daycare but your children too makes you and you kids happy : )

She Loves going to school in the morning if she was strong enough and tall enough to open the door to get in herself she would. The positive and homey feeling we get when we all walk in is great. She does so much for the kids and it shows more and more each and everyday she comes home.

I am in love with this care facility. Great staff. Great environment for babies. Great prices! They will also work with you too. They take BCAP and their discounts are awesome. High Reccomend for Infant care!
