Staff is knowledgeable, caring accommodating and supportive. The director is a board certified teacher who has master her craft in teaching and promotes each child to reach his/her highest potential. The center is clean and easily accessible. I give EBL 5 stars.

Would not recommend taking foster children or children if the state here. Not accommodating. Director has zero knowledge of BCCAP and how to accommodate state children. She would rather make things difficult than learn that side of the business.

I Would Recommend This Learning Center To Everyone !! I've Seen How Every Child That Attends There Has Learned So Much . The Time And Care That Goes Into These Children Is Amazing ! Take A Chance With EBLC ! You Won't Be Disappointed!!
