I called AAA for a tow. One of Bear's guys shows up and says the car is in a dangerous location and instead of helping me resolve the issue he cancelled the tow and left me stranded in the place that he called dangerous.

I’ve taken my car to bear tire and auto twice and their service is exceptional. JT kept me informed of everything needed with my vehicle and called me to keep me updated. They are friendly and extremely helpful and prices are fair. I would highly recommend this auto center.

I've been with Bear at least 30 years through AAA and I can't say enough good things about their road service. Today woke up to a flat, within an hour, Tyler was here to plug my tire. I thought I needed a new one, but nope! So, I'm off to start my weekend! Tyler is amazing, very nice, smart, professional & did a great job quickly. I had no idea they were a full garage, so I guess they're also now going to be my new garage! Thank you Bear, & AAA for a good choice! lol

$461 for a tow? Unbelievable. Then they tell me they won’t work on my car. The driver even mocked me for hitting a deer. Avoid them at all costs!

When you call AAA and they say "we'll have a tow out as soon as possible," you hope Bear Auto is the company that comes to get you. I've dealt with them sporadically over the years, and their drivers and tow guys are Top Notch. Being broken down is ridiculously stressful, but knowing these guys are taking car of my car makes some of that stress easier to manage. A++

Called AAA for battery issue. Bear Tire & Auto Center came within a half hour (I think his nane was Mike not sure) What a great gentleman. Replaced battery. Great Service. Gave me a note for a survey. Have not received it yet, but wanted make sure AAA and Bear Tire....are aware of the great service. (Date of Service 6/4/2024)...Thsnks again!!!!!

This place is a racket! I got into an accident on Sunday. The police had my car towed here. I called on Monday to inquire about getting items out of my car. The lady told me that I could not get my items until I pay the fee. The fee and the towing for 1 DAY was $403.00!!! Also, any additional day my car was there, i would be charged $55.00 each day. I inquired about signing my title over and have the vehicle scrapped. When I went there on Tuesday, the same lady told me I could NOT get my radio out of the vehicle. WHY NOT? IT'S MINE. She said "Do you have tools? You only have 2 MINUTES to get it out and that's it"...My suggestion, NEVER get your vehicle towed here if you can help it. If your in an accident, ask the police if you can tow your vehicle with YOU'RE towing service to YOU'RE mechanic. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Eddwar was so incredibly helpful! I had a tire blowout and he came by to put on my spare and it was stuck in my trunk. He worked diligently to get it out and was extremely pleasant the whole time. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much!

I recently had a brake issue with my truck. I called AAA and requested it be towed to my mechanic. Bear Tire and Auto sent out their AAA Tow Truck. My driver James was awesome!! Words cannot express the high level of his professionalism, courtesy & friendliness. He made a horrible beginning to my day into a fun road trip from Hainesport down 206 to Tabernacle. I highly recommend them and major kudos to James!!
