I came to this practice when it first opened. I had an amazing experience in the beginning but unfortunately the patient care experience has gone down. I do not get calls regarding test results and have to reach out to get more information regarding my health. Dr. Alcera also is pushing trigger injections to patients - saying how I feel tense and how these injections will make me feel better. I tried them one time but when I told her I didn’t want anymore - her mood changed and didn’t seem happy regarding my choice. My friends who also attend the practice say she recommended trigger injections too. Seems like a way to bring in more money to the practice. I feel like I’m seen as another $number$

Dr Alcera is SO wonderful; she truly cares about her pt’s, listens, explains, and answers every question w/ respect and compassion. First time i have ever really trusted a Dr!!! Highly recommend!!

Switched to Alcera Family Medicine for my 93 year old mother's care. With multiple family members involved in mom's care, it can be a lot, however they always answered all of our questions/concerns with grace and were prompt in responding. Mom will now be celebrating her 96th birthday!

My doctor Jacqueline is the first primary I've had that actually listens to me and cares. Even amongst my rambling. She even helps when my other doctors can't get it together. Whether it's insurance issues, on time refills or paperwork, I can always count on her and her team. Rachel does my blood draws. She is hilarious and gentle. She never misses and I barely feel it. My fear of needles doesn't exist there. I can't give this office enough stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I haven’t had a primary care doctor in YEARS for many reasons, main one being I’ve never felt fully comfortable with any family doctor I’ve ever been to. I was recently referred to Alcera Family Medicine and I’m so pleasantly surprised by everyone there. Jacky is absolutely amazing. She listens, which is something I can not say about many doctors, and she has a genuine concern for her patient’s well being. Scheduling an appointment is never hard to do and they stick to appointment times.

Doctor Alcera is the best! She is up to date on all new medicines and procedures She takes the time to explain everything to you. She genuinely cares about her patients. You never feel rushed ! Would definately reccomend this office to anyone.
