Look no further if you want top notch quality and service!! From beginning to end, the staff was professional, gracious, extremely speedy with their shipping, and the packaging was done with extreme care. It was obvious they take great pride in not only the services they provide, but also in making sure the customer is well taken care of. Thank you UPS store in Haddonfield!!! Had to return a Wacom Cintiq 24 and monitor.Suffice to say, the experience was excellent both times and I would recommend this store for anyone's packaging needs. The associates are nice and to the point and the fact the Wacom made it to its destination unscathed should say a lot about this store.I'll be coming back for any returns, as well as any other general shipping needs in the future.

Likely to add their own rules when doing Amazon returns that aren’t listed in the Amazon instructions, therefore not accepting your package. Just go to another location.

The review isn't so much a criticism of the store but a point of awareness for others. This location refused to ship a computer monitor that was new in box, citing insurance claim concerns. I took my item to FedEx and it shipped without issue. Nautually, this business can implement its own restrictions, but if you're shipping sensitive electronics, they may be refused at this location.*As an update to my review since the store chose imply some level of dishonesty through FedEx, my monitors (three) shipped via FedEx and were received operational and undamaged.

Excellent customer service. I came to return 50 lb package to Amazon. Before I could ask for assistance, the UPS associate came outside and carried the package for me. 5-star service.

This is by far the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. The owner is so friendly and helpful whenever I come in. You can tell that she genuinely cares about each customer. She helped me with a ton of large packages and to fax a document when I didn’t know how to. Thank you!! :)

The Haddonfield UPS store is awesome!I’ve been a customer here for years and couldn’t say enough about the friendly, personal and quality service that Christian, Dan and Renee give on a daily basis. Haddonfield is lucky to have this place right in town.

Unbelievable that this lady wanted to charge me $3.00 to print a label to put on my package ? terrible...I have never heard of 25c, free never $3.00 with a card. Terrible

This is the very best best UPS location I’ve ever been to. Every single employee knows exactly what they’re doing and are never irritated to help out. So glad this is in my neighborhood!!
