not sure about the other review, I have had a great experience at this place. Owners are super nice and will always greet you with a smile. I have dropped off work clothes, comforters, whatever, it’s always on time and I have had no problems. They will fix buttons, rips, etc. Great cleaner, I highly recommend it.

Horrible cleaners. Avoid at all costs. Between their inability to have your order ready when they said it would be, their carelessness with clothing is beyond horrible. Lastly, when confronted about your order not being ready when promised or about damaged clothing, the owners/managers cop a major attitude and refuse to provide any sort of compensation

Eh. This place is okay for convenience, and the people are nice enough, but the prices are high.

I go here for the convenience factor, but I'm not exactly sure if this is the cheapest option around. The customer service leaves a little to be desired, but this place always has my shirts cleaned and done on time. Can't ask for much more than that.
