“I was in the market for new sneakers and Road Runner Sports was recommended by a coworker. I stopped in on a busy Friday evening and was very impressed with the time, care and professionalism that I received from Paul. He did not rush me, explained everything yet did not pressure me to buy and even put up with my corny mom jokes! In the end, I did buy a pair of Hokas and an insert. The effect was immediate. I went for my first long walk this morning and my feet feel great. Not a bit achy as often experienced before. Paul is a credit to the company and I will personally recommend him. “Place is good. Got that old school look, feeling and treatment. They jump on you soon as you come in to welcome you. They have a tailor present all the time on premises compared to franchise stores which they are there 2 times a week. Bought my suit and was tailored fitted to it. Bought the suit on Saturday and got the call on Monday afternoon that it was ready. Tried it on that night and fitted perfectly. This place is good for big and tall guys as well which is hard to find these days.”

“I have to leave a review for Ken Sherman because I have never had such an outstanding customer service experience in my life. I purchased a pair of Johnson and Murphy Creswell loafers from Sherman Brothers. I then stupidly, in an attempt to waterproof them, ruined the shoes by using an oil leather conditioner that stained them a few shades darker. So I called the Sherman Brothers store to see if I could order another pair at a slight discount, and Ken Sherman himself told me he’d take a look at the shoes if I would ship them back. So I did, and less than two weeks later, Ken shipped the shoes back to me, completely fixed. I think he went out of his way to have a leather specialist work on them, and he didn’t even charge me! I feel so grateful and moved by this because you just don’t get this kind of service and attention from most companies anymore. Ken saved mule from having to buy another pair of shoes! Thank you, Ken! I will purchase shoes from you again in the future!”

“An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy.I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell.The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly.They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for.If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!”

“This is the best shoe place! They sell shoes for entire family. It's a family own business that's been around since the early 60's. My mother would buy my younger brother shoes here when he was little. When I had my only child 20 yrs ago & he was starting to walk I told my Mom it's hard to find hard bottom walking shoes. She told me to go to Brothers. I was surprised they were still in business! I've been taking him there ever since and he likes the store too as they sell good quality & inexpensive shoes. It's not a big store & parking can be a hassle but it's worth it.”
