I came to Bill to have some of my late mother’s jewelry repaired, resized, and appraised. I was in tears when I picked up and put my mother’s original engagement ring and wedding band on my finger. In spite of having to resize the set smaller, Bill saved the inscription inside the band and restored the engagement ring to its original splendor. All of my pieces were beautifully restored. Bill is a genuine guy who takes the time to get to know you. He’s very knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. Love his staff and of course, Bernie!?

Bill did a great job refurbishing a Tag Heuer watch from the 1980’s. He also takes the time to discuss various jewelry. Very knowledgeable!

Bill has been amazing!! He did an appraisal for us quickly for an estate! Everyone is so friendly including the store pet Bernie!! I was so stressed about bringing my little one with me and not only were they friendly to him but he loved playing with the puppy!! Great place to go!!

Bill and his staff (including the always cute Bernie) were amazing! I went to him to design my girlfriend's engagement ring and he was very warm and supportive during the whole process. He is incredibly passionate about his profession and his expertise really shined through in the final product. I am very grateful that I went to Bill for such an important stepping stone in my life and will definitely go back for my future jewelry needs.

i went to jewelry and timepiece mechanix on a recommendation from my daughter, who had her gotten engagement ring there and was thrilled. i wanted to have a newly inherited ring sized. although bill would have been willing to do the work, after he went out of his way to give me a realistic estimate, he felt the cost would not have been worth it. i really appreciate his honesty and would highly recommend this shop!! and plan to return

Bill was highly recommended to clean up this Iranian plate I inherited from my father-in-law. He received it as a gift from an archaeological dig during the Korean War when he was stationed in Iran. Even though we didn't know much about it, Bill did! We discovered that it was probably a Persian samovar table. We can't believe the difference! Also thank you, thank you to Sophia for all her hard work on scrubbing this baby clean! HIGHLY recommend Jewelry and Timepiece Mechanix.
