Always very swift and helpful to unload our items from your car! This is the quickest location I’ve ever been to as they have a great unloading area to stop your car and the staff comes right out to help

I am handicapped and was Thrilled how easy it was to donate my 11 Big bags of good stuff. The volunteers came right out with a Large rolling cart & unloaded my car. Great guys!!! Thank you ??✌

Went to this Goodwill for a drop off after reading some of the nice reviews. One of the employees helping me was very kind and friendly. But I was taken aback when the other employee was super rude and proceeded to yell at me while I was waiting in my car. Maybe he was having a bad day ??♀️

I would usually give this Goodwill dropoff a five star cause everyone is always nice and courteous. Dropped off some bags today and parked in a spot cause there was a transit bus in the dropoff lane and the other one was closed. Proceeded to grab a bag to drop off and see what was up and the guy scolded me and told me to get back in line. Maybe he was having a bad day, but when I went up to tell him why I parked he wasn't having it. Will still drop off there, hopefully he'll be in a better mood when I go back. ?

This location is always so nice and friendly... they will come right out to your car and take everything out of your truck... since my truck is broken I have to get out and I just hand them the bags or boxes and they take them for me always ask if I want a receipt and I'm on my way... so fast and easy even though it's a little further out for me I always go to this location!!!!

This review is for the Goodwill drop off donation center in Cherry Hill on Rte 561 Woodcrest shopping mall. Please Be aware when donating to this site. I made a donation yesterday, Afterwards I went to the dollar store a few doors down. As I was walking into the store, I see the gentleman who accepted my donation, take what I donated and put it right in the back of his minivan! I stood there and watched him! I was going to say something but then decided not to. I was making a donation, I guess I donated to him. I will continue to make donations to Goodwill but will no longer drop off at this location.
