When looking online for an engagement ring I was referred to go see George and Irma, and I never would’ve guessed how great of an experience buying a ring would be. They were able to design and build my ring based only on a few different ring designs my girlfriend had previously shown me. They made the process really easy and personalized, while also including me on design decisions. Thanks to Evearts, my now fiancé got the ring of her dreams!

Irma and George are fantastic to work with. We went through the process of getting a custom design engagement ring and it was much more doable than I think a lot of people realize. The price of the ring was mainly driven by the raw materials, and they charged a fair price for the time involved in the customization. It was a joyful process the whole time with some healthy back and forth that resulted in a perfect ring for my fiancée! They also both take genuine interest in assisting you to find what suits your style. They don’t try to push product on you. They make sure you know what you are looking for and help you find it.

Beautiful selection of merchandise, fair prices, quality custom work & repairs, attention to detail…all of this plus they make you feel like you’re a special customer and an old friend every time you enter their store. I went to Evearts one week before Christmas due to the great reviews online, and they did not disappoint! Even though I asked them to meet an impossible deadline before the busy holiday, they understood the sentimental value of the ring I brought them for my fiancee and were able to fix and re-set it by Christmas Eve. George and Irma were both so knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding; they truly helped me make this an unforgettable Christmas for me and my family!

I was looking for a jeweler who could create a very special ring for me. I had lost my wedding ring and this was no ordinary ring. This ring was a roller band which is three separate rings intertwined within each other that rolls up and down your finger when taking it off or putting it on.I went to the jeweler whom I’d bought it from 30 years ago and was brokenhearted when they told me that this particular ring was no longer made. So I searched Google and found Evearts Jewelers. I loved that I had to make an appointment to go in and discuss what I wanted, it let me know that I’d be listened to and heard without interruption. I met Irma right away and was immediately impressed with her professional demeanor as well as her sweet and caring personality. Irma introduced me to George who knew immediately what I needed. I had been to 2 other jewelers who told me they couldn’t make it or didn’t know how to make it but George understood exactly what needed to be done to create another ring for me like the one I had lost. He created 2 prototypes for me and then created the rolling ring in gold. The message came in that my ring was ready and my husband and I went in to see it and we were both so impressed and astounded by the final product! Absolutely beautiful and exactly like the original I had lost! The price was also very affordable especially considering the work that went into it. I would definitely, and very highly, recommend Evearts Jewelers to anyone and everyone who appreciates exquisite detail and workmanship as well as a lovely touch of customer service! Thank you George and Irma.

I have been a customer of George and Irma's for 3 years. Every experience in their shop has been a very enjoyable experience. George has repaired several pieces of jewelry for me as well as other family members. His work is top notch! Recently, I brought in sterling silver Tiffany's jewelry that is 20 years old and he cleaned all of the tarnish and polished them to look like new. A couple years ago, George helped me and my siblings design a pair of pearl earrings for our mother. George was very attentive to our requests and our mom loved the earrings. My husband has purchased my Christmas present here for the last 3 years, a tradition we will continue. George and Irma have been very helpful to him. One year George helped him to customize a pendant necklace for me. Another year I received a beautiful antique bracelet with amethyst. Evearts has a wide selection and items at every price point and their customer service is excellent. They truly make you feel welcomed in their shop. Whenever I am downtown I make it a point to stop in, take a peak at the beautiful jewelry, and say hello.

I took 3 rings for polish and rhodium just before Christmas. I picked up today and they look absolutely beautiful, even better than when they were new! George did a fantastic job and Irma was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Evearts!
