“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”

“Frank serviced my 1977 Marantz 2225 that was only playing through 1 channel and missing display lights. Was on the fence about replacing my newer yamaha with a much older unit. So glad I did. He replaced a few faulty transistors tweaked the fm tunner and upgraded lights to leds. Fast turnaround at reasonable price. My old Bowers & Wilkins speakers haven't sounded this rich in years. I lucked out finding this guy.”

I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. “Score! I live just a few blocks away from this 7-11. It happens to have an Amazon locker so now I can order from Amazon and not worry about the packages being left on my front porch and someone stealing it. The Amazon locker system was super easy to use. Walk to the back of the store and scan in the barcode provided to you in an email. The locker with your package pops open, grab it and close the locker. Woot! And then I can also buy a lottery ticket, hot dog, butterscotch Krimpet, or beef jerky (not) at the same time.”
