I received my LV handbag, but i really don’t believe it’s a real authentic handbag. The front and the back of the handbag are exactly the same, but the sides of the handbag are completely different. The LV on one side is upside down and at the top of the handbag the LV is cut off.
There’s no serial number or code. Another thing, I drove from Delaware to New Jersey and Ava, would not allow me to use the restroom. BUYER BEWARE. If you buy anything from Caroline you are responsible for any tears, rip, for example. My LV handbag which I just bought…the zipper is tearing away from the vinyl. Really, Now after spending over $700.00 I have to pay to have it fixed or replace it.

I have been dealing with Ava for sometime now at Caroline’s in Haddonfield . I’ve consigned with her . As well as bought items from this store . Ava is very knowledgeable, not pushy and extremely sweet. The store has a Botique feel , it’s well stocked with beautiful designer merchandise in amazing second hand condition. Please give Caroline’s an opportunity to shop and ask for Ava you won’t go wrong !!!

My husband and I always find amazing quality items at the Haddenfield Carolines store. We are frequent shoppers and just love the experience with the talented Ava! She is there with a warm and welcoming presence and active in your selection process. She makes shopping fun, and she knows luxury to help you find something special that suites your need. Highly recommended for a unique shopping experience. You never know what you will find! We love this shop and Eva!

Just wanted to post a quick review for Caroline’s in Haddonfield ☺️( Ive been to Cherry Hill many times and a shout out to LISA there too?)I feel that Eva @ Haddonfield is just the nicest and easiest person to work with !So professional and so friendly. Every day at 10am I can count on her to start posting the great new arrivals~ along with some of the other gorgeous items in store.I just sold a couple of bags and of course, bought one too! Thank you to Caroline for overseeing such a lovely place(s) to shop, and for hiring the girls I feel so comfortable shopping with ❤️

Ava was fantastic. I’ve been to the store many of times shopping and always had a fantastic experience. Even when I thought something wasn’t up to par I brought it back, exchanged it or they would credit me right there on the spot. I’ve also visited their Cherry Hill location same customer experience. Highly recommended.

My mother has been shopping at Caroline’s since they were based out of Marlton and passed on her love of luxury consignment to me as well. We have bought several bags from Caroline’s and have always had good experiences. However, as I have acquired many bags I chose to consign bags I no longer used and went to a consignment shop. The shop utilizes entrupy for bag authentication and out of several bags I gave them a bag I bought from Caroline’s came back as a high end counterfeit. I bought the bag in 2021 and I was given a paper receipt with the amount which is customary with them. I also have a credit card statement from their shop for the bag I purchased. I never received verification on its authenticity but as I have has bought bags previously I didn’t think twice. Fast forward to present time 2023, and I reach out to Caroline’s to let them know. I even sent them screenshots of me purchasing the bag from their old Instagram account before it got hacked that matches my credit card statement/timeline. I was told 4 people run their Instagram and they wanted me to come in person with an original receipt. Who keeps receipts from two years ago especially when they’re not itemized and only have the price on them. I told them I don’t have the receipt but I also wanted to know what they would even do if I brought the bag back. They requested I come in person and to call to schedule with Caroline. They also told me they don’t sell fakes but that in 2021 they didn’t have their verification machine either so they were just as shocked as I am.I told them I’m available one day before I leave the country for trips planned in advance and to let me know if Caroline was available and no one got back to me.At the end of the day I understand that the bag was prior to their machine and things happen. I honestly would understand if they just acknowledged fault and issued an apology but to not get back to me even when I requested that they do leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I’m going to have to verify the handful of bags I bought from them over the years (some were definitely authentic as I have consigned them previously with no issue) but the ones I kept I will need to verify.Just posting a review as a disappointed customer who will not longer be returning and to warn others. I feel that luxury consignment shops need to have full trust and with the way things went down and were handled I don’t trust this brand and store anymore.

I purchased 2 items ($2,230.00) on 9/21/ . I never received them nor signed for them. I can’t get my money back because my items were never insured for the purchase amount from Caroline’s Fashions . IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, PLEASE GET A COPY RECEIPT FROM FEDEX OF INSURANCE FOR THE PURCHASE AMOUNT. She did not do this!!!!!! She only insured for $100.00 (I have copy from sale person)On top of the issues Caroline is not being cooperative. She has a very nasty disposition.I’m still disputing my case as today. She refuses to correct her mistake. This is the small scale of the situation. You immediately said, someone or the neighbor stole the items. That was not the case. If you would of taken time to replied back and stopped talking over me , you would of heard what I had to say. But I’m going to save the situation for court. Because of your rudeness I hung up on you! Yes, I am seeking an Attorney. You need to learn business etiquette!!!! STOP trying to justify your wrong doings There is nothing she can say to justify her rudeness and lack of understanding for the wrong doing on her part.!!!! Until you credit my money you will always receive a bad review. Shame on you!Blessings

Eva from the Haddonfield location was wonderful to work with. She took the time to answer all my questions and send me pictures and videos of my bag as I was unable to get down to the shop. She made sure the bag was insured and packaged beautifully and sent immediately. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I have recently discovered this rare gem of a store. The merchandise is almost too good to be true! I have bought a few pieces and will be a regular customer. Lisa in Cherry Hill is sweet and not pushy. I have also consigned a few things and gotten decent prices for them. For those of you complaining about Caroline, maybe you get back the attitude that you give, she has always been nice to me.

I watch their IG stories & take screenshots of things I like with intention of going in & buying, but I always get done work after they close. Yesterday I was in the area & arrived 30mins b4 they close. I was thrilled Eva never made me feel rushed. She was so helpful. I left with a beautiful ring & sunglasses. I told her a few pieces I'm interested in & she took my number in case she sees them. A really great experience! I also appreciated honest feedback when she said something I liked wasn't very flattering & actually showed me something less expensive. Thank you!
