The owner Chris goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. She special ordered treats for me when I asked a few years ago. Gretchen had been our groomer for almost 10 years. She is hands down the best.

My puppy hates having his nails trimmed so when Jill from Ahead Of The Pack said she could help, we booked in immediately. She was able to see our dog at short notice, was ready for us as soon as we walked in, and said that doing a full groom and nail trim was super easy with him so she must’ve done something right to keep him calm! Such a relief now knowing I don’t have to do the trims myself and can bring him back here. Thanks Jill!

I had my shitzu-poodle groomed here for many years before she passed away. They cuts were always perfect and the staff so friendly and helpful! I remember the first day we adopted her we came in the store for gear and the owner was just so kind and generous about finding the appropriate size and desired items needed. The baked treats are also very tasty…according to my pup lol! Fast forward to this week when we now have a puppy and I’ve ordered countless harnesses online only to return them all for poor fitting. I brought our puppy in the store and again we found the perfect fit and comfortable harness for him as well. I just love this place and their staff :)

Very beautiful shop with grooming upstairs, clean, organized and very sweet vibe. The owner is extraordinarily sweet and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there because the groomers are all top notch!!

I can’t say enough good about ahead of the pack. I have been going here for years and I would NEVER GO TO ANOTHER GROOMER. They are simply wonderful, caring, and even better my dog leaves happy every visit. The customer service is exceptional with her appointments and the grooming is beautiful. Moreover, my dog loves it here. She loves the staff, the treats, and all of the compliments she receives on her pink paws. It makes me happy to see her so happy and I highly recommend you take your dog here. All of the groomers are wonderful. My dog saw Willie for years and now she sees Melissa. Also the owner Chris is very passionate about your dog having a wonderful experience and I can’t thank her and her staff enough for all that they do.

I adore ahead of the pack and so does my Sophie. The staff is so sweet and it is too cute inside. Their doggie treats and goodies make it convenient to pick up while my dog is being groomed. The grooming there is unmatched. They do such gorgeous grooming and my dog looks adorable! She also loves going to there and she loves all of the staff. I have been taking her here for almost six years and I highly suggest you do the same. I would absolutely never go to another groomer and you must try it there. You won’t regret it???

If you want your long haired dog shaved for no reason other than it’s easier and faster than taking the time to actually groom the dog than this is the place to go.Weather your dog is matted or not, they get shaved by someone who calls herself a master groomer. Don’t waste your money or your time, buy yourself a razor and save yourself $200.00+Lazy groomers who want to take the quickest, easiest way out.Dogs leave there liking ridiculous and they get richer!!

They have all kinds of things for your pets, especially dogs. They are not taking new customers for grooming at this time, but hopefully will in the near future. Their groomers do a fabulous job!

I do not recommend this place. I brought my dogs back in March 2021 along with my other dog to get their nails cut. While there I inquired about my one dog getting groomed and I was told that there is a waiting list and that I would be put on the waiting list for May well guess what it’s May 4 & I called to see if there was any available appointments coming up soon and I get told this long story about how they already booked for the entire month and nothing till June/July . That’s not how you run a business you don’t put someone on a waiting list for this month and then go and book the appointments for someone else. I will not recommend this place and you know what that’s fine and dandy because there’s a lot of other places it’ll be glad to take my my dogs .

Called to make appointment today. Rep stated they are not taking new customers. Odd response for grooming business with irregular scheduling. Will never entertain using this company's services in the future. Much better ways to manage queue /staffing issues than turning away business.

Our dog has been groomed here since she was a puppy--we've been coming for nearly nine years! Both Gretchen and Willie are terrific. The dog always looks great and, most importantly, Gretchen and Willie are kind and affectionate, and I know our pup is well treated. Chris, the owner, is extremely responsive, and over the years has given us great recommendations on everything from doggie dental care to local dog walkers. Ahead of the Pack feels like family. We will never take our dog anywhere else. Highly recommend.
