The absolute worst. Me along with another woman just walked out because we stood in line for 15-20 minutes and they had one teller. The line didnt move. & Not once did anyone look up, acknowledge, apologize, or move faster in anyway. Slowest customer service I’ve ever seen.

They are truly only concerned about money. I was turned away from being able to speak with a banker about the status of my account because "he was going to be a while with his appointment". The female assistant spoke for Antoine(may be incorrect spelling, but they refused to let me see him today, so I'm not sure what how it's spelled).The funniest part is that his "long appointment" walked in after me and ended up leaving right after me as I got back into my car with my son.This is the same banker that literally JUST got back into the store off of an undeserved break. Very shameful and unproductive behavior on behalf of the Wells Fargo "assistant". I didn't think to ask for her name, because she wasn't interested in continuing her conversation with me.I don't have much money right now as it is, so I'm just going to close my account and steer people away from your services. Clearly you don't care about people who fall on hard times, so I'll find a company that does.I truly wish the worst for you for treating me like this in a rough time.This message is not directed at Antoine, as I was refused the ability to speak to him and gather his opinion of the situation.

I wish I could leave this location zero stars as they literally make me feel like a criminal every time I go to this location. I have tried to deposit checks here twice since the app is garbage. The last time I was here I had 3 paychecks in which the teller thought they were fraudulent since one was printed kind of crooked. I cannot control that and what should have been a 5 minute visit was at least 20. This location is horrible. It is walking distance from my house, but will use the Mt. Laurel location when I need to since they never give me any issues and do not make me feel like a criminal who prints fraudulent checks. I would recommend avoiding this location.

They charge $7.50 fee for every Wellsfargo paycheck you want to cash? An ATM machine in a corner store dont even charge this much when taking hundreds of dollars out. No wonder so many people do not go to this bank. It was my first time visiting that bank and it will surely be my last. I will never recommend it.By the way, I tried selecting 0 stars but you have to select atleast one to post this.

This is the only Wells Fargo I plan on coming to in the future. The manager (I can’t recall her name) there is amazing as well as Yolanda Lott! She helped my sister and I apply for credit cards and made the process so easy for us. She was professional, clearly knowledgeable, and also very funny! She didn’t rush us and really made sure all of our questions were thoroughly answered and gave me lots of financial advice. I appreciated her so much and I’m very thankful to have had my appointment with her; she is an asset to the team at Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo, make sure you keep her!!!! And give her a raise while you’re at it!!

I have been using this bank almost 10 years now, I have since moved and still drive back here because everyone is so helpful and has positive attitudes. Theresa helped me out again today and reinforced my opinion on this great branch, always willing to go the extra mile to help!

Racist!!!!!! Will be contacting corporate!! You guys cash my check with no problem different address then my ID but when my fiance went you made him sign and fingerprint and denied second time this happened but you did it for for me but not him why because hes Puerto Rican!! Crazy and upsetting we still live in times like this but the camden location did it with no problem!!!

other banks being open at noon during the week. they have been closed to customers. roads are clear and the staff is in bank answering the phones. so why are they not open. customers need money and other business.

Lost my wife's ID and debit card! Probably gave it to another customer. They also tried to blame her for their stupidity! Theresa who works there should be fired!!!

If I could negative 5 star rating I would. They are the worse back to ever get a credit card from, these guys sure don't five a rip about giving good service.I don't recommended this money greedy plbank. Go anywhere but wells fergo
