I’m not sure if anyone also does this but I always get the Wawa ice. This place has the best tasting, crunchiest, coldest, and frostiest ice I’ve ever tasted. Hoagies are also good. I just don’t like the night staff, but I usually go in the day.

Why open the 1000th wawa if it's going to be the worst wawa in the area. The employees have no integrity. They never have signature items in stock. I went to get a sizzlie breakfast sandwich twice this week at 8am and there wasn't any both times. Also mobile orders are never ready. The old location a few blocks over was way better.

ABSOLUTE TRASH! I ordered two ice creams via seamless and they didn't get either flavor correct. I then DROVE to the Wawa to fix it myself and they informed me that they didn't have either flavor in stock. I told the manager I was pregnant and really just wanted chocolate chip cookie dough and she REFUSED even though they had it, saying I couldn't get the flavor I wanted bc it was a different (cheaper) brand. I am so mad and hope this place& the woman working there rot in hell.

Not me coming all the way to Wawa in oaklyn for a salad that I wanted so bad..@ 1:30amThe deli dude had gloves on making itI look over as I’m about to go pay, he digs on his mouth to get food out of his teeth, sucks his fingers, then grabs my chicken tenders with the same hands to put on my salad.I told the manager that I want her to remake it all.As she goes to do that, he’s eating his sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON and proceeds to make the deli food. ?Absolutely disgusted. So happy I saw it happen or I would have been eating the food he grabbed with his saliva fingers. Ew.

The night staff is horrible. Supervisor has no knowledge of food items nor their ingredients. I paid for a club sandwich, a smoothie, milk and iced tea with my card. After swiping my card it said I had a cash balance, so I had to use another payment method. I had a bit less than $20 on the one and a balance of $7.50 to pay. I called the manager over (⏳because I canceled the sandwich which is what I had to pay for..) so she could put her credentials in to cancel the transaction. Mind you the other items were already paid for. The manager told me she would have to cancel the whole transaction and do the whole thing over on the other 0 register. I told her I was calling my card in first to make sure that she canceled the transaction as she told me my money takes a couple minutes to go back after calling my card twice and my balance was $4 left so this means she took the money off and did not put it back on my my card like she said it would go she argued with me and then I was told I had to put my sandwich back in reorder that reorder my drink as well and pay for those items again and that I would not be compensated for the money that I had spent. After back and forth telling her that I'm not paying for anything anymore and I want my items and I want to leave the store with my items as a courtesy they told me no absolutely not. Then the so-called supervisor which is what I would really want to call him something elsehe comes over and argues with me because I'm at the machine ordering my drink again trying to know what the difference between two items is and he's telling me to go back that I didn't order this blah blah blah. After telling him that I want to know the difference between the two items he could not tell me so I told him maybe he should find another job if he can't even tell me what makes a frozen cappuccino and a smoothie different from one another. That's a no-brainer guys it's coffee. Anyway this gets deeper and deeper and deeper they finally wound up giving me the smoothie for free and then they told me they were going to call the cops for my things which I had the receipt I told him go ahead and call the cops and I will show them my receipt for my items. She said couldn't print out the receipt on their register because she voided it out. I said not my problem. Have a great night. That b#$!? Had a nerve to say she hopes the cops get me. Wow. I'm an amputee, living on food stamps and a low income. Dealing with life as a new disabled person is difficult enough for me and I feel like I was discriminated against and taken advantage of with no reqards to me as a human being. I was disrespected, humiliated and spoken AT and not TO. Lastly, the iced tea jug was filthy, my hoagie roll was so wilted and stale along with the lettuce.

Went to new store once and will never go back, the boy at the register with long hair down to his waist kept playing with his hair flipping it all over the place ever which way with both hands while checking customers out. UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING!!!

Worst Wawa. Every order I get is wrong, the staff is rude. This is the worst WAWA. If you don't need gas do yourself a favor and drive and extra half mile to the WAWA next to Cooper Urgent Care. That WAWA has people who care, are friendly and never messed anything. Stay away from this WAWA.

Wawa’s 1000th Store!!! Very wide selection of convenience store foods, prepared foods, snacks, etc. Their Hoagies are legendary!!!Team Supervisor Marqus was very friendly and helpful - awesome staff here!!!

around 1:20pm-Bread is hard but soaked in vinegar but missed the mayo, they gave me lettuce instead of spinach, never cut the hoagie in half, they took long for WRONG ORDER!. Not that hard to follow instructions on the screen. Needs to get retrained, or put outside to pump gas instead of making sandwiches.

Just needed to compliment the young man who is working tonight at the register . I’ve noticed in to many places the younger generation of the 20 and unders who are working in jobs that deal with customer service are lacking everything that applies to just that. Tonight the young man who rang me up was more then kind. I recently broke my ribs so he could not tell that I may have been hurt but saw the struggle in my face when I realized I had to carrry these normally easy two 6 packs of water. without me asking or saying more he insisted he carry to my car so I did not have to make 2 trips or just strain myself as he saw I did at the register possibly. For this being a bad week for myself in general the little gesture completely made my day. Not just from him being a young person but he saw a person thru nothing more then paying attention to the person that he was just ringing up at a late hour on his shift that probably won’t be over for a few more hours and started way before seeing me. Thankyou to this young man, u reminded me to definately be more attentive to the people I see and pay it forward even if it’s as simple as carrying a bag. Thankyou again for your kindness.

Just be careful with this Wawa they do not change their gloves after using restroom and cleaning stations Nice people tho ??
