Just bought 2018 Maserati Ghibli here. The process was smooth and easy. Staff were all very nice, patient, and respectful. Trade ins are welcomed and the estimate is reasonable. No hidden fees in the contract, and you can determine whether do the registration works yourself. Hassan helped me with all the processes for this transaction, very friendly and helpful. They also offer various warranty plans for the cars you buy, and it is completely up to the buyer. Overall, good experience here. 5/5

I'm writing this review because I purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta sportswagon in 2022 with 48000+ miles for $15,000. The I took it to get fully diagnosed nothing came up. A day or two later check engine light came on. I called they told me to come back, checked it on the machine said it was my gas cap nothing major check engine light goes off. Less than a week later Delaware had some rainy weather and all this water was leaking on the driver's side foot well. I go back to them Luis explained that debris accumulate in the moon roof which blocks a tube, okay. Fast forward a 100 miles after my warranty ends transmission starts to fail and not one person ever called me back after my many attempts to see if I can have the problem rectified. $3,600 for a new one and it wasn't even 2 years and I'm paying a car note. Recently what really prompted me to write this was my dashboard went crazy and the car started to over heat and all types af error messages came on. Now I'm convinced that it was a set up. No one should be paying on a car that doesn't work correctly. Oh not to mention the driver's side headlight apparently has a crack and water got in and now that has to be replaced. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.
