Jackson Funeral Home went above and beyond for the Leeds Family regarding my grandmother Dolores. I would definitely recommend this funeral home to anyone. Frank and Ginny were very respectful and accommodating to all our needs.

Planning a funeral is difficult at best and it's so important to find a funeral home who go above and beyond to help you get through it. You will find that at Jackson Funeral Home. Their knowledge and compassion helped our family during this sad time in our lives and during the holidays no less. They were so supportive to all of us and their genuine kindness and empathy means a great deal to a grieving family. I highly recommend them.

Frank and Ginny are incredible to work with. My husbands passing was a complete shock. The only thing I did right that day was call Jackson Funeral Home. Frank and Ginny made the process as painless as possible for me. They guided me through the details, offered support and helped me in my greatest time of need. They have continued to reach out to be of assistance afterwards as well. In our day to day lives, we don’t always think about our “what if” plans. Please know, if you are ever in a situation where you need to work with a funeral home, Jackson Funeral Home is the best in the business. They are compassionate and caring. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to Ginny, Frank and their staff for their professionalism and caring when helping with my dad's arrangements. From removal to the graveside service with Naval Military Honors, every thing was handled with compassion and kindness. Frank and Ginny were compassionate and thoughtful to every detail of my father's last wishes. Starting with Frank coming to get him at the house after he passed. Draping the American flag over his body and taking him away was an honor I didnt expect but brought comfort to see such respect. Their professional manner in guiding the decisions that were made helped make the process easier. The personal touches were exceptional and I am grateful for their kindness.

With the passing of Dad, the whole process of arranging the Church service, Rosary, transportation, memorial video, flowers and burial went very smooth. We were very happy with the whole process. Frank, Ginny and the team did a great Job!

This funeral home is the place you want your loved one to be taken care of. Frank and Ginny Jackson are phenomenal people. They are so professional, yet understanding,respectful and compassionate throughout the entire process. A difficult time in my life was made easier by these 2 incredible people. I can not say enough good things about my husband's funeral. Even their funeral assistants are fantastic, respectful and curteous.

Jackson Funeral Home took care of the arrangements for my mother. My sisters and I could not have been more pleased. The funeral home is updated and spacious, clean and accommodated folks in wheel chairs. Frank and Ginny Jackson are kind, compassionate people who attend to every detail in a professional and caring manner during the difficult time of saying good bye to a loved one. This is a nice funeral home. The owners cared for the visitors and guided those going to the cemetary to park in an orderly fashing for swift departure. I was immediately greeted upon entering and directed where to go. They offered a video service where photos and music were played during the viewing. They were right on cue when playing a song selection loved by our great aunt. These little things matter for a grieving family. They affixed funeral flags on the vehicles and the procession to the cemetary. They escorted the procession to the cemetary and managed the last words at the burial site. Thank you.

It is always sad and heart breaking to say good bye and bury a loved one. We have used Jackson Funeral Home 4 times and they make it easier for you. They don't pressure you to spend more than you want. Everything was done as requested and they give great customer service.
