This was my first time using a laundromat. J and K Laundromat was very clean, tidy, bright and super organized. I liked using the pre-paid card, rather than having to cope with coins and bills. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Byron was especially helpful the entire time, even offering to help fold my clothes, although I politely declined. Dollar/coin vending machines with drinks and snacks were available. This was a positive experience and, should the need arise again, I definitely would recommend J and K. Thanks!!

I love it here! I have been washing my clothes here for over 5 years. It's clean and I love the owner and staff. The xl washers and dryers are so convenient for someone who has way too many clothes. A huge plus is the free drying.

If I could give this place no stars I would. There dirty the staff are disrespectful. The dryer didn’t dry my clothes so I asked for a refund they said no. They had some high lady working there. Kept scratching and ticking for a fix. Getting smart with customers. Man never again. If you want to be treated like trash by all means go.

Most of the washers are broken but the ones that do work do a great wash & dry. Workers are ready to help always if needed. NEVER GO ON A SUNDAY. TOO CROWDED
