I wish I could give 0 stars. Went to get new phones and 1 phone they couldn't get to work. They told us to wait 30 minutes to 2 hours to update the phone and come back if it doesn't. Unacceptable and told them they need to get it to work before we leave. 2.5 hours later and the phone still doesn't work. They are clueless.

Went on 6/2/24 around 3pm, worker was super RACIST AND RUDE. He did not give us eye contact, no communication, and we were charged without any service! I told him I wasn’t sure if my phone was unlocked. He didn’t check and continued with the process of activating my phone. After 2 hours of trying, he tells me the phone is locked and can’t do anything. Then he shows me on my settings my phone is locked which is what I asked him to look at prior to activating because I didn’t know how to. After telling him what’s going to happen, he tells me I have to pay installment since he started the process. I told him I did NOT get the service and he argued with me saying I had to pay. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE RACIST AND RUDE.

Very worst place EVER!!! They're rude and extremely unhelpful! I had a problem with my Boost phone and they told me it couldn't be fixed. So I went Best Buy and they guy said it was no big deal, and fixed it in a few minutes, and showed me how to fix it if it happened again.

They offer inexpensive plans but they really lean on the upsell until you start to walk out, then the deals start. They also add a $25.00 transaction fee to get started. Not my way to do business

He's never open. He picks his own hours. If you have an issue with your phone he pretends like he doesn't know how to help you when he really does. He should be fired..... than again his daddy probably owns the store so that won't happen.

I am beyond upset with the location. I went in last night to pay my phone bill, I was given the wrong change from my $60 cash that I paid but that's not even the worst part the worst part about the whole situation is here I am the next day and I've called boost services because the store has been closed since I walked out beings I was the last customer and boost representatives are telling me that I have not even paid my bill! They wanted me to email a receipt to them which I did with no issue at all because yes I save all my receipts no matter how big or small it is and I have to wait for him and when I say him I mean Ash to get into the store today at 12:00 p.m. to figure out why my phone was not paid but he took my money! If something changes I will change my review but as of right now I am beyond upset with this location I have never and I mean never went to any store and paid my phone bill and I was told it wasn't paid even with a receipt that clearly has my phone number and that it was paid so I will definitely keep the update on here later once I get in there and figure out why he took my money and did not add it to my account !!!!! Excuse me for being upset but never in my history of paying a phone in person did I ever and I mean ever not have my phone turned on !

I am new to Boast Mobil . I have had the most pleasant experience at this location. Ash is amazing and goes the extra step in taking care of all issues.We need more people like him and his associates in dealing with the public .Again my thanks and wishes for a healthy and safe year .J Walters

Absolutely awful service. Had no answers to my questions. Been with Boost for 12 years but may have to leave. Phones seem to work okay, but customer service has gone in the toilet. And not just in the store. Tried to get information on the phone, but when the questions got too difficult the representative hung up on me. I am definitely looking for a better deal.

Ash was a great help he stayed later than he had to when I was in need of a new phone he also promised he would help me with new free internet on a special promotion deal which he would explain the next day. (I will update once I received this info and internet from Ash) he also made sure I was protected because I wasn't able to find a case of my needs that day I didn't have enough time I was just happy enough to receive a new Samsung 5G phone for free which so far is working great and also made sure I was protected with a glass screen protector until I had received the case! He said he would also see if I could possibly receive a deal on a case if I was liking the way the case look on my phone I recommend this store to anyone who wants to have good service a good phone for cheap ? or free debating on the promotions if you go in and see Ash he will treat you with respect and but you in the right direction five star rating for me and boost Mobile service is also great everyone loves the T-Mobile prepaid services for me they own so many companies it just slows you down if you want to fast Pace go here! Sorry for the long review I don't normally do this but I've been with boost Mobile off and on since you heard a walkie-talkie go off at the dinner table and you were in trouble lol all the way until now where you at 5G great speeds because he will give you the knowledge and information and the phone of your needs for a great price thumbs up Ash hope to see you soon thank you for staying late for disabled person
