She helped my sister and I apply for credit cards and made the process so easy for us. She was professional, clearly knowledgeable, and also very funny! She didn’t rush us and really made sure all of our questions were thoroughly answered and gave me lots of financial advice. I appreciated her so much and I’m very thankful to have had my appointment with her; she is an asset to the team at Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo, make sure you keep her!!!! And give her a raise while you’re at it!!”

More than once I have found they are back office is incompetent and their electronic procedures are 20 years out of date.
