The floral arrangement that I ordered for my best friend, Amy's 50th birthday was absolutely gorgeous! Jim did a fantastic job! I've known him for years and trusted his work. Since this was a milestone birthday, I wanted the best. My friend loved her flowers so much! Thank you Jim Duffy and everyone at Aster's flowers! Wonderful artists!

Today is my daughter's 4th birthday. She had plans set up for her day and tested positive for covid this morning. So needless to say her plans for the day were cancelled. We also had to reschedule her party that was supposed to be this weekend. Last minute this morning after finding out she was sick, I ordered her some flowers to be delivered to the house for her birthday. The arrangement is beautiful. Looks just as pictured on the website. I added a balloon and stuffed animal. The balloon the florist chose was perfect for a four year old birthday. The arrangement was also delivered before noon, so much earlier than I had thought I would be. Thank You Aster's for making my kiddo's birthday a little bit brighter.

Asters floral shop is THE BEST. I send flowers to my long distance girlfriend and everytime they never fail to send the most beautiful flower arrangements. They are always on time and have amazing service.

Very poor customer support, the lady who answered the phone is disrespectful. Their online image does not match what was delivered. The price is a bit much for what I ordered (lesson learned). The flowers are for my wife (our 20th wedding annivesary). No second chance for a first impression ( 1st time customer). I received a call from the owner... his phone customer support lingo/language was just a bad as his employee. I think my expectations for a $100.00 floral arrangement (bunch of flowers) have not been met. Rude, egregious, poor, unhappy business etiquette. Too bad... So many years in the floral business. Maybe it's COVID-19 after-shock!
