Prices keep rising even when you use their loyalty program it doesn’t save you more than a buck. I normally wouldn’t wish bankruptcy on a company because a ton of people would lose their jobs but the corporate greed alone just disgusts me. Lower your damn prices.

The food I bought from this store was spoiled and smelled awful. I went back for a return around 6:30-7 pm today but nobody was at the customer service desk and other employees didn’t want to help with the return. I returned to the store after 30 minutes, but still, nobody was there. A couple of employees were wandering around the self-checkout area, almost purposefully avoiding any contact with me and other customers waiting for assistance. Finally, I managed to speak with someone, but the person who was supposed to help me was “busy” I was told.
This is not the first time I have received spoiled food from them. That’s why I really wanted to return the item I got today. Be careful when shopping for fresh produce at this store, as I often see items that are not fresh on the shelves. They sell Walmart quality products in Whole Foods prices.

I'd give it 5 stars but they have 2 self-checkout machines sitting idle for no reason. I've asked about it and the employees said they just shut them off. Can lead to some long lines when trying to pay and leave.

Store is clean. Workers helpful and friendly. Lines move quickly. The app is great. Helps save extra $ which is awesome. Ex : i spent $68 total tonight. I checked the bottom of receipt, where it lists all savings and I saved $49 for In Store savings, $9 for Basket Savings and $14 saved thru For U saving, for $72 in total saving!! Almost %50 off. So, give acme and the app, clip the xoupons! Its worth it

I went to try and get a acame card online but it was so confusing and complicated so before then I asked the cashier who worked there for a card and told me to go online so my opinion is if they ask you don't get the card it be stressful and waste of time I like real cards not stressful online cards

2 stars bc the employees are very nice. It’s not their fault acme is 2x as expensive as any other store around here and the quality is worse. You can’t even get a meal here for less than $20. Ridiculous, go to ShopRite
