If you an business owner and have some deposits to do. I recommend you to take your business somewhere else. Im not try to be sound negative here, but Tracy as a teller, she really sure got me upset...! My last time there I was trying to deposit 25k and you know how long Tracy took to count all that money. 1 hours and 45 minutes. I actually standing there and timing her count the money bills with her hands. They do had a money counting machine, but she sure doesn't feel like to use it. On the other hand, I really love the place though. It really beautiful in the outside and the neighbors is good. I just hope the bank owner will take a closer look with their employees someday. And I'm looking forward not to return to these place again. :-!

One of the larger PNC Banks in the area. I've usually had positive customer service experiences at PNCs in South Jersey and today was no exception. Ryon was courteous and knowledgable in the variety CD options available. Free coffee and lollipops throughout the branch. I would return.
