Customer service is extremely important to me, as I am sure it is to most people. At Perfect Press, the woman working the counter was so incredibly rude and had 0 customer service skills. I walked up to the counter and she didn't look up at me and yelled/barked out, "name....". So I responded, "Hi, how are you doing today?"
She still didn't look up, nor did she answer my question and barked, again, "name..." (in a VERY rude manner).
I told her my name and asked her how she was, once again. At this point, I am looking, in disbelief, at the other store employee to see if she was hearing the way her coworker was speaking....
I then was asked to "pay now or later" so I just paid, that way, when I returned for pick up, I didn't have to spend more time in that place than I did today.
Upon paying and leaving, I made sure to tell the rude woman "thank you for your service and I hope you have a nice day", in hopes she'd catch on to the fact that she is rude and lacks Customer service. I would have given 1 star due to my experience, but I have used them before for cleaning service and they were OK. I will not return, sadly, due to this experience, which is sad because I like supporting our town's local businesses. Time to support another place!

I had 2 dresses "steamed" for a wedding. Picked them up after 3 days and they looked wrinklier than they were when I dropped them off. I ended up having to iron them at a hotel. Really disappointed and out $20.00 for nothing. Would appreciate a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I dropped off to them a white blazer and a shoe to repair the zipper. After 3 weeks I went to pick the items up, did not have ready. 1 month goes by and I go back, the blazer was turned dingy black and wrinkled and stained! I had only worn the blazer once! And my shoe still wasn't ready. They said let them try to reclean it. 2 months go by and I stopped back in. Still no blazer and no shoe. Prudy mentioned she would call me when it's ready. 3 months go by, they tried to hand me the blazer again being worse then the first time! I said unacceptable! And shoe still wasn't ready. 5 months go by and I stopped in. The blazer still not good, and she tried to blame me for the condition. The shoe was also ready however they SPRAY PAINTED the whole back of my shoe!!! And I only needed them to fix the zipper!!! It doesn't even match my other shoe now!!! These were $500 heels from Italy!!!! Ruined!! Prior to my personal belongings being dropped off I used them for some company embroidery. They are a middle person so they don't even do anything in house! That took 5 weeks after they promised 2. I tried to give them a chance by bringing my personal items there. But, now I will NEVER GO BACK. I wish I had read all the previous reviews then I wouldn't have been in this situation. Lesson learned. $600 worth of ruined items!!

They ruined my expensive Italian shoes!! And blazer!!! They took 5 months to return my items and when I finally got them back, they had SPRAY PAINTED my shoe! My blazer was stained and no longer white!! Sadly, Prudy didn't even apologize or care!!! They are the middle person(nothing done in house) so they could care less about your belongings. I will ensure I spread the word to never patronize this business!! $500 worth of items ruined!!!

The pick up time on the ticket was not accurate for us retrieving our clothes. Thankfully we had some wiggle room before our event, but if you need it to be punctual, it may not be ready at the time given.

In a pinch, Perfect Press was able to make alterations before a formal. Accommodating, quick response, and beautifully stitched. Great prices, too!

Completely unacceptable service here. My fiance brought in a pair of leather shoes to be repaired that came back dirty, falling apart, and worse off. How is that even possible? Paid $80 and waited a whole month for a so-called "cobbler" to ruin his favorite shoes. I never write reviews and felt compelled to, do not bring your clothing or shoes here. They have no right to even offer cobbling services.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Ruined my shirt, took no accountability and, in fact, blamed me and called me a liar. As a business owner, I don’t like to leave one-star reviews. Stay away from this businessService: Organic dry cleaning

My neighbor told me about this. Very pleased especially since they were able to fix the zipper on my purse. My coat cleaned came out great. Thank you. Will be back and spreading the word.

Dropped of my wedding shirt for cleaning as it had a little makeup on it from hugging guests at my wedding. Went back to pick it up and it seemed like they couldn't find the shirt. once i mentioned the stain, I was told they couldn't get the stain out and they need another week. came back in a week, said they want to try it again. came back two weekend later after not hearing anything, said one last try with stronger chemicals. (getting frustrated at this point). Came back again and two girls said they think the shirt was given to someone else by accident and then have to try ti get it back. Went on honeymoon and came back in. called up, owner said they couldn't get the stain out and he threw the shirt out. (He was blatantly lying to me and knew because he couldn't even tell me where the stain was). Said he would give me a credit for the 88$ shirt or a full refund. 2 weeks later went on and told him I got his voicemail and was there for the refund. (didn't want a credit because i didn't want to support the business after being blatantly lied to). Owner argued with me and said he didn't feel comfortable after so much time had passed even though he threw out my shirt and literally told me he would give me a refund. Talked about being a small business and blah blah. I run a company too and would never treat anyone the way this guy treated me. Hope they go out of business. How it ended... he threw $70 at me on the counter and I walked out.
