Go to another store for decent treatment from adult professionals. That pharmacy is struggling to keep it together.

This place is a disgrace. Horrible, just absolutely horrible lack of service. Pharmacy does not ever pick up the phone. All young pimply faced kids with either a deer in the headlight look to them, or a piss poor attitude. Pharmacy is little to no help whatsoever, lack of social skills with clientele. These kids seem to be hired right off the street. Zero understanding of what they are doing. Just total ineptness of all staff working at Haddon Heights Store #3618. I hope this place is listed on the chopping block as CVS closes 300 stores nationwide.

I've never had an issue with the staff's friendliness in person. However, I consistently have issues with getting my prescriptions filled/mailed. I need to call the pharmacy and request my prescription be delivered monthly even though I get it every month. That's not a very big deal but the issue is I call and request delivery and then nothing happens. It typically takes about 2-3 calls with the pharmacy for them to actually get my prescription in the mail. I don't know if they don't communicate with each other or if they just hang up the phone and disregard the conversation but it is incredibly frustrating to deal with on a monthly basis. Surely there should be an easier way.

CVS is a good store to pick up small items and the staff are friendly and helpful.
