I saw Dr Koshy here after having a rough time being able to get into my old primary care doctor. She was super nice and listened to all my concerns. She wrote multiple referrals for me and was really good with my kids that I had to bring into the appointment. The office staff was really nice and I really appreciate how Cooper makes the check in process so easy being able to do everything in advance on the MyChart app. I've moved pretty much all of my care over to Cooper at this point and I can't be happier.

Dr. Cristi Gill is the worst Doctor that I've ever seen. I have gained an ABNORMAL amount of weight at 29 years old by changing absolutely nothing in my diet. Due to insanely concerning symptoms I left my apartment in NYC and moved back home to try and figure out what was wrong with my body and health. I scheduled and Appointment here with Dr. Cristi Gill. I went in and immediately she had me fill out an obese sheet essentially telling me my only options were medication for my weight loss when my weight gain is 1 SYMPTOM of everything going on. I then had to fill something out asking me if i was depressed and if my weight gain was caused by food. My entire visit was her dismissing my symptoms because I was fat. I have a 3 inch x 2 inch tumor completely sticking out of my neck which i literally measured with a ruler. She was absolutely not alarmed at this. She ordered a Thyroid ultra sound after I spoke with her (like pulling teeth) its been days and I have been asking for a Neck Ultra Sound or something else to figure out why i have a giant mass on my neck and she couldn't care less about what's happening. She hasn't called me back in 3 days and is only having front desk people read me my original ultra sound results. This has to be the WORST CARE. I have ever received all because I am no longer a size 3. Great work Cooper for hiring such an incompetent and insensitive person. Complete idiot.

I'm honestly just done with Cooper. Have been my family's doctors for years. But now every appointment, even for the smallest thing, has to get booked out 3 months or more. Whenever I call the office, they never seem to know the answer to my question so I get told I'll get a call back. I then have to follow up with them when I don't get my call back. The orthopedics seem to never have a long term solution for our issues, it's always "put a bandaid on it" options. Some nurses stations have food all over the place. One doctor prescribed my kid something that insurance wouldn't cover and 5 days later we found out could have bought over the counter. The only doctor I will not change is my cardiologist. Dr. Waldman and his office are amazing!

My appointment was at 8:20 walled in the door at 8:35. The receptionist said I had to reschedule because when it was time for her to check me in it was 8:36I find this to be ridiculous because anytime I go in for an appointment I'm waiting to be seen well past the 15 minute grace period.

Appointment was for 3:40. Called at 3:35 to say there was an accident, I was behind the traffic and I would be a few min late. Arrived at 3:48 and appointment was cancelled. I am not a new patient. I did not understand and there was no one in thebwaiting room or coming in. I am still in shock.

Called what I thought was a doctor's office, got some "patient navigator" representing Cooper. He seemed hurried as if I was an inconvenience.

I've never had a bad experience at this office. Been coming here over 5 years. The staff is absolutely wonderful, kind, sincere, compassionate. Everything you look for in a PCP office. Contrary to previous comments, I think Dr. Willard is awesome! Just like her staff I found her very kind and compassionate. She took the extra time to listen to everything I had to say and worked with me to find the best care plan for my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice

i usually always come to this office to see doctor mahamitra and my visit is always pleasant but since he was booked i had to see doctor willard and it was just horrible she totally ignored everything i was saying she was very rude i would never recommend her to no one
