Awful bait and switch on a CD. I asked when I opened the account about a withdrawal penalty. I was told 2 months loss of interest by Erjona Kraj. This was at the time opening a the CD 3/14/23.I ask via email September 21st, what would be the penalty for withdrawal. Erjona responded via email, 2 months. I went in today and they want to keep about 3 times that amount in penalty. “That is what the computer says” was the answer. I talked to the Branch Manager, nothing we can do. You were given misinformation. They are ripping us off. Heading to the Department of Consumer Complaints. These people are liars, “misinformation”. Super poor experience.

A good friend said the ATM took a thousand dollars from him and then the bank manager ain't refund it and was sort of in caring. He said Bill was a cool employee that helped him but dam! U aint give my man back his bread he put there tho?

DO NOT USE THE ATM!! IT TOOK $1000 OF MY CASH AND TOLD ME I CAN'T HAVE IT BACK. THE BANK MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT CARING ABOUT IT. I FILED A POLICE REPORT ON SITE IMMEDIATELY. Update, 2/15,I will be meeting with 2 local news media outlets today. We believe that this ATM is SET UP! to take peoples money and not give it back or deposit it and the banks complacent with it. I have 2 attorneys looking into this theft by deception the bank allows on its property and multiple agencies that should be more than interested after hearing this. Today, 2/16, I am moving to press charges against the bank for theft. The funds have not been returned indicating they are stolen purposely by the bank in this way. The courts will decide. 2/17, update, No funds returned no one from bank taking responsibility.2/18, Funds have been returned after a long and unnecessary process and I'm far from over with this. I demand an inconvenience fee but more importantly I demand that ATM to be decommissioned and removed immediately before a senior citizen or some one else needing life saving medical puts money in it and suffers trauma because they can't get their medicine nor their money back immediately because a manager is powerless and does not care anyway.

I came in today and the teller Alexis P was very rude. She did not greet me. She blankly stared at me annoyed until I asked her if she was going to help me and she replied yes with an attitude. If you are having a bad day or do not like your job do not take it out on customers.

Was having a hard time exchanging foreign currency .. reached out to a few banks and the only bank that was able to do the currency I needed was citizens. When I went in they gave me a hard time about my ID and that I am a Florida resident so therefore I wasn’t able to open an account to exchange my foreign currency. The man I was speaking with for help was very rude and refused to open an account Assuming I was only opening it to exchange my foreign currency which wasn’t the case very poor customer service I will never be returning to this bank again.

Banks like these won’t last.Customer service is extremely poor. Not FDIC secured!Never received my bank reward for joining.I have spoken to several employees and non have helped. Let’s see if they can help me after this 1 star!!

Wonderful ballpark, nice and clean-cut concourses + plenty of unique bars, sweet bullpen views, and overall great sightlines throughout... similar style to many other new-ish parks (Mets, Nats, etc)

Such a great place to watch a game! I'm not even a baseball person but this place was clean, offered lots of great food and drinks, wasn't too crowded... I'll definitely be back!
