I am new to the area and found Luis through online reviews after my wife's car window malfunctioned and would not close.Even though I unknowingly showed up outside of his normal business hours, he took the time to help us and fixed the problem. He was honest, gave me an excellent price, and got the work done quickly. We will definitely be returning here with all of our future car maintenance and repair needs.Highly recommended.

Outstanding experience. I was tired of the Dealership and their constantly changing prices.The team here were friendly and engaging. They spent more time with me on understanding the diagnostics in one appointment than the dealer ever did.I won’t take my Audi anywhere else going forward. He's the only one I trust with my 2005 Highlander! Louis really knows cars, how they function, what needs to be done, and gets it done in a timely manner and at a decent price. The work is excellent - the name says it all! My car died in NYC right outside the Holland Tunnel on Friday night of the holiday weekend. Luis met me at the shop late that night, analyzed the problem, and had installed a new alternator by 3:30 the next day! Now that is unbeatable service! He is trustworthy and reliable. I cannot sing his praises more!!
