Worst pharmacy and customer service in.the area. Don't go there they gave me a prescription for Paxlovid that was expired 9/23 with another person's name and info along with their drs name on my box no explanation.just so sorry are you kidding me .. this is not excusable. They are always rushed and keep people waiting forever. DO NOT GO THERE

I’m sitting at the drive thru now for over 20 min. The car at window just moved. Not sure how long they were there before I pulled up but 2 cars in front of me pulled away. This always happens here. It’s absolutely ridiculous and they are usually rude and can care less

I needed a photo for a non-US visa. The young man in the photo center was able to find the country and its photo dimensions in the system. My husband and I told him how CVS did it wrong and then refused to do the photo the way we needed it. The first photo he took looked nice, but I asked if he could take it again. He said no problem, he didn't want me to leave with a photo I wasn't happy with and if the photo's dimensions were incorrect, he'd redo them at no extra charge. Also, I came here for Covid testing for work for over a year and never had a problem; I always got my results quickly. The rewards program is good too since you can use store coupons online with manufacturers' coupons and sales to get good discounts.

Refused to fill a valid prescription, on a Friday before a Holiday weekend. And, although only 2 people in front of me, took a very long time (to not get helped). They could have called the Drs. office if they felt something was wrong. Went elsewhere & filled with no questions within 20 minutes.

The pharmacist who was working on Fri 5/26/23 should really just get fired. He has no desire to help anyone and has a bad attitude toward others. I had an issue getting my prescription, he never tried to give me any options and just starred at me without saying anything until I said is there a problem .. he just said “your prescription will not be issued to you “ and to call the insurance company.. why does Walgreens hire people like this .. no wonder the reviews are very low here

The pharmacy is a mess. Transferred a prescription over from CVS cuz Walgreens had it in stock. This Walgreens pharmacists are horrible.Angel was her name and she was using a sarcastic tone and ended up hanging up the phone after an hour hold stating her manager isn’t in until Monday…it’s Wednesday. So idk how lucky she is that she has no manager for almost a week but she definitely needs to be trained. They couldn’t figure out how to input my insurance and claimed my insurance wasn’t valid. Called my insurance said they didn’t get any pulls from Walgreens so I know they weren’t inputting it correctly.Anyways, avoid the pharmacy. The store separate from that seems ok, don’t shop here though
