Jay at Verizon in Hackettstown was helpful and knowledgeable. I am not someone who likes change so something as simple as upgrading my phone worried me a lot. My work files and years of information was Secure in his hands. My new phone not only has all the new bells and whistles it also is extremely protected from the abuse it’s going to see at my hands ??

I had to switch providers, purchase a new phone and try and keep my number, it would have been a nightmare if it wasn’t for Jay!! He made everything as efficient as possible and kept me laughing the whole time. Genuinely the best experience I have ever had dealing with anything cell phone related.
