This place hold my package at their store since the 17th and now is the 24th. I did not got it on time ?. It was a Christmas present. This is so infuriating.

I recently visited The UPS Store and found the customer service to be disappointing. The management appeared to lack a fundamental understanding of proper customer service, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued. What’s more disheartening is that both UPS and The UPS Store seemed unable to provide the necessary resolution to my lost package, each, pointing a finger at the other.The experience has been so dissatisfying that I’ve decided to move my business to FedEx, where I’ve encountered more efficient and supportive services. I take pleasure in knowing that my decision has likely cost UPS more business than the single package they refused to assist me with.As a follow up, I tried to contact your store for help, but you told me you were too busy opening the store and hung up on me as I, mid sentence, asked when would be a good time to call you back.

I have been using Schooley Mountain UPS's services for 17 years or more. The employees are always very respectful, with professional manners, very quick and, more importantly, no delivery ever lost. I know the UPS prices are higher than @ USPS. But who wants to deal with the arrogant attitude of the USPS staff and the endless loss of mail. I prefer to pay a little more and save myself from headaches.

This is a well run store with helpful staff. Post office picks up here so you can drop-off mail & packages but you won’t get receipt.

Very unhappy with my experience here. I brought in an Amazon return and didn't realize I needed to print my own label. Instead of coming back, I opted to pay UPS to print the label. They charged me $2 to print it but when I checked my Amazon account, I noticed the item had never been scanned indicating I dropped it off. I called the UPS store and they gave me a bunch of BS. First they told me they can't track Amazon returns, even though I gave them the tracking number from the label. Then they pretended to look it up and told me it was a USPS first class envelope...nope- it was a very large baby gate. Then told me there was nothing they could do- even though they were the ones who didn't scan the package!! When I dug out my receipt I realized they only gave me the receipt for the $2 printing fee, not the receipt for scanning my package. I visited the store and the woman said there was no manager I could speak to and nothing they could do. I've been calling back for the past 2 weeks and no one will answer. So as of right now they stole my package and I will be filing a formal complaint.

This store really is good , but when John isn’t working there are a lot of kinks. After being a customer and in the store multiple times a week, I can see that John holds the store together, and I hope they can find some more valuable employees who can help. I needed to do a certified return receipt today and was denied because no one could do it and John wasn’t in , this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue . Also I’ve gotten texts that my package was in and when I show up , they can’t find it , I always have to come back the next day.

Wow Wow. I am sorry I did not ask the young guy his name.Today is Wednesday, and I went to the UPS store around 6:45 p.m. This message is for you, young guy. I hope you read the message. And I am sorry to make it public. This is also for the UPS manager, so he knows what's happening in the store. Young man, you should take a course in customer service. YOU NEED IT! If someone asks you How are you? You respond by saying...good, well, great, or bad or whatever, but you respond. Also, you didn't even want to talk or help me; well! You tried to help me a little bit but with a bad attitude. I usually see the good in people, and you probably had a bad day today and didn't want to talk or help. Things like that happen, but when you work with customers, you should always try to be at least polite. Thanks for understanding.
