I brought a piece of jewelry in with exact instructions on what I wanted done. They knew they made a mistake that couldn’t be undone. I cried and put the piece in my purse and walked toward the door. The owner yelled how they get 100 pieces a week to fix. I turned and said I wasn’t coming back anymore. He screamed “Good! Don’t! “ as I walked through the door. Wow an unprofessional and disrespectful man child.

I just had a minor repair done on my wedding band, and had my engagement ring checked for wear while they were at it. I got back 10 year old rings that literally look new and I'm blown away! Thank you!

Friends, family and myself have had bad experiences. He will switch diamonds on you. Do not ever leave a diamond there for repair or sizing. Also does sloppy work. I don't know how he is still in business. More complaints need to be made to the state.

Can’t thank these guys enough. Had to have my grandfather’s Claddagh ring resized. Turns out it was purchased from here decades ago so it was only fitting to trust them with it. They did a beautiful job and it looks brand new. Thank you for doing such a great job on something so important. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I had not one but two very unpleasant experiences here. The simple repair work done on my bracelet was of horrible quality, and in fact tarnished and broke within two months when I paid a lot of money for it. Not only that, but I have never ever been treated in such a disrespectful and rude way by any business owner or employee in my life. Especially since I remained kind and calm the entire time. As a woman in her early twenties, the way I was spoken to by a man more than twice my age was disappointing to say the least. I would never recommend this jewelry store to anyone. I felt very taken advantage of.

Absolute worst costumer service in town. Rude, unprofessional, and repair work is terrible. Take advantage of people and give a garbage product. Go elsewhere for your jewelry needs, save the headache and aggravation of having to deal with such thick headed individuals.
