Went for oil change. Was charged $95.00. My coupon was at home they would not honor coupon. Called back Julian Noriega the same day and they would not honor coupon. Not happy !. My husband and I are both over 80 years old and on a budget. We have leased 5 cars through Subaru of hackettstown. Julian Noriega was not helpful to a loyal customer !

I went to Hackettstown Subaru to have an oil leak looked at. I received excellent, friendly service (they even vacuumed my driver’s seat). There’s a lounge with comfortable seats and coffee and bagels. I was very happy with the experience, and plan ro make Hackettstown Subaru my go-to shop

Amazing experience! Yesterday was my first time there and all of the staff were so nice helpful and friendly! I was blown away ! I mean legit people were jumping out of there chairs to come help me ! I had a late service appointment so I expected some staff were going to want to rush me out the door, but it was the complete opposite, they answered all of my questions and told me everything I needed to know about my car ! The mechanics removed a nail out of my tire and After my oil change I was offered a complimentary car wash and the gentleman that hand washed my car offered to detail it for me ! This honestly was my best experience going to a dealership to get a service done! I will be going back 1000% hats off to the person running the show your staff is AWESOME!!!!
