My contractor sent me in to pick out a color. When I got to the store there were 2 employees and one other customer who was being helped. An older grey haired employee greeted me and then proceeded to completely ignore me.I waited on line and waited and waited while the grey haired employee organized paint chips. I guess organizing paint chips is more important than customers.While I was waiting a contractor came in and Mr. Paint Chip dropped everything and ran over to help him while still I waited. This is nothing short of discriminatory and disgusting.Eventually the other employee helped me and he answered most of my questions and made a full effort to be helpful and informative - hence the 2 stars instead of one.How do you ignore customers who aren’t contractors in favor of playing with paint chips? Shameful.I photographed the paint chips he left scattered while I was waiting. I’ll try to upload.Before leaving my review I looked to see if there were other negative customer service reviews for this store. There was one from a woman who said she had a large order and was also ignored. What really blew my mind was the response from the store to her review.They commented something completely irrelevant and nasty about their prices and that they will be having a sale, not addressing any concerns. Clearly literacy is an issue here as well as customer service.So I await your incorrect reply so I can feel like I went to buy paint in the equivalent of a clown car.I told my contractor to go somewhere else from now on and suggested he pass the word along. He agreed.

Just had 2 paint matches done today (9/9/23) by Anthony and they were absolutely spot on. He even went out of his way while the paint was mixing to check the weather and let me know there was a bad storm creeping in because he didn't want me to paint what I had to paint (I was buying exterior paint) and have it get ruined.

David from Sherwin-Williams has gone above and beyond what's needed to help me with my painting needs. Not only has he given me useful advice on paints and stains, he has helped me with getting setup with sherwin-Williams online portal and account setup.100% the reason why you don't go to the big box store, the 1 on 1 assistance is wonderful and David is very friendly and courteous.This location is able to customize your paint colors using a scanner to get you whatever shade and tone you require. So if you don't see the color you want, they can make it in the store!

The lady working at Sherwin Williams was amazing. She was very informative and guided me to a better alternative than what was suggested on the internet when painting PVC Shiplap on an interior wall. Although she was manning the store on her own, she treated everyone with care and personalize attention, never to get rattled or stressed by the number of folks coming into her store. (4 customers during the time I was there.)

The store was busy near the end of day. The associate still engaged with everyone and offered to help and apologized for the wait. I didnt mind waiting at all since he continually engaged me in conversation and questions. Overall great experience
