I am absolutely appalled by what I seen here. I ordered anytime spuds at 9:48am on 4/3/23 at this location. Just to watch them DROP MY FOOD ON THE FLOOR AND PLACE IT BACK IN THE BAG AND HAND IT TO ME AS IF THAT WAS NORMAL. I felt disgusted. They didn’t know I was standing there watching them make it. When they originally dropped it, 1 employee (younger man) tried to tell his coworker they needed to remake it. She insisted on just giving me the floor food because there was “no time to make another one” i am absolutely disgusted. Thank god I always stay and watch them make the food, otherwise I would have paid to eat from the floor. It was an older woman who tried to serve me floor food.

I’ll update this when I find out his name ( white heavy guy in blue )When I come here for lunch I sit here and observe and everyone who works here is so kind and will do out of there way to help a customer, not this guy, he makes females feel uncomfortable you can just see it in there face. Gives younger people attitude at the register. Is the only one I’ve seen reject people paying with 50 dollar bills and makes them put the items back. There was this old lady getting money out her purse and he kept tapping on the counter to make her go faster which is very rude. Honestly he needs to learn common courtesy or he should be fired. I’m not one to write reviews but the other night my relative tried paying with a 50 around 6 or 7PM and had no other way to pay so she asked politely if he could accept it cause her total was almost $40 and he said no and to put the items back which I think is ridiculous, there’s no way the drawer didn’t have atleast $20 in it

The larger white boy with the blue shirt at the register was eye balling me the entire time I was looking around and ordering food, then when I went to the self check out I could still see him obviously looking at my chest… as a young female it’s very creepy and I never want to go there again if he’s working there, and I’ve been going here for years

I use 100, 50, bills every now and then but if the large man in blue is at the register apparently they don’t accept 50s and 100s IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY ( 3-4PM )

Every thermos of coffee was cold and short old woman refused to make fresh. Also gave me a hard time when I asked her to atleast microwave what I had.

"My quick chek " ive been visiting for 16 yrs this is one of the cleasest , well run one around. Great crew...Digna, Cheryl, Dixa , Joey do a GREAT JOB !!! I cant remember any issues in all those years. THANKS & KEEP DOING IT WELL !!!

Poor customer service, man at register needs to know how to talk to a customer, with appropriate answer, not YEAH, OK. I asked for crackers for my soup, no I don't have any, now you think he would say, wait a minute I'll get some, answer no I don't have any here right now. I asked for a bag for my purchase, answer no I didn't get any yet, now not one register , or even self check was empty, all he did was sit on his chair at the register and checked me out and said next. Leaving me to carry everything out by hand, 10 items, really, are and is he that lazy to help a customer. First he needs a attitude adjustment, learn how to speak and know how to help a customer when they need it, sorry he's just there for a paycheck. I hope the management learns that , just because it's a body to work at the register, they need to have customer skills and learn to speak correctly, not the pothead, I had.
