“The owner was so kind, gentle and tender hearted toward my dog who had been traumatized by a former groomer. By the time he was done clipping her nails she was over her trauma! He really took all the time necessary, had lots of patience and I could tell that he truly cared.”
“I would like to say ty to Chrissy for always going above and beyond for Maison and I !! She is really the only reason y I shop here bc I can easily go to whole pets in morristown and get 30% off every weekend with a coupon they put out every week and I live there .. But u can't always put a price on great customer service ... so it's worth it to me the extra distance and $ . Maison loves her as well and she has been extremely kind to the both of us. Maison is on his 2nd round of chemo from lymphoma it just came back after almost 3yrs sadly ... The sensitivity, love and empathy she shows my dog who I love more than anything is priceless to me ... They have a special bond and I am forever grateful for her ! She is extremely knowledgeable and always points me in the right direction !! So just a little ty to her! TY Chrissy ❤️
