Dan O'Neill made my engagement ring in 2007, when we also purchased our wedding bands. To this day, these are my favorite pieces of jewelry! Dan's expertise and customer service are excellent. He's the only jeweler we go to, and we're thankful to have someone who's consistently such an incredible blessing!!

I had one engagement band and a wedding ring sized at O’Neill Jewelers within a two month time span.I walked in, dropped the rings off, they were incredibly prompt in their customer service, communication and turnaround time of the bands. Pricing was reasonable especially for the turnaround! And their craftsmanship is SUPERIOR!I would HIGHLY recommend O’Neill Jewelers in your jewelry services for repairs!Thank you so much for your service. This review is well passed due. I’ve had multiple experiences here and all of them were excellent. The staff helped me find and purchase the perfect engagement ring which my now fiancé loves. I have also resized my bracelet, fixed my pendant, replaced a watch battery, and resized the said engagement ring. The craftsmanship is excellent and above all the staff are good people. I would highly recommend this jeweler.

My wife and I recently went to purchase a ring on a limited budget. Dan was extremely helpful and patient and treated us like we were buying a big purchase. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend his store.

This review is long overdue but, I found Mr. O'Neill to beprofessional, helpful, honest & good to work with. When Ifelt there was an issue with an item, that was sent out &worked on by someone else, Mr. O'Neill handled thesituation like a professional & a gentleman having itre-done & I couldn't be more satisfied. I feel by hisactions that he wanted to make me a satisfied customer& he did! If I could give more than 5 stars on this reviewI would.
